The purpose of the study is: 1) development and unification of a system of training loads monitoring by the nature of the physiological impact on the basketball players’ body; 2) study of the strategy of preparing a highly qualified basketball team for important international competitions, namely: to find out the nature of the distribution of means of different physiological, as well as technical-tactical and game orientation at different stages of preparation; 3) test basketball players before and after training. Materials and methods. A team of highly qualified basketball players (masters of sports and masters of sports of international class) in the number of 15 people participated in the research. The assessment of physical load by the nature of the physiological impact on the body of basketball players during 18 microcycles using 4 – 1 system, that is, 4 working days and 1 day off, was carried out. Athletes were tested before and after training. Results. The dynamics of the means of training by the nature of the physiological impact on the athletes’ body have been established. The nature of the distribution of means at different stages of preparation has been established. The test results before and after training are shown. Conclusions. The research results showed that a certain accounting system based on assessments of the nature of the tasks to be solved and the degree of compliance with the specifics of their game activities has developed in basketball. At the same time, research have indicated the need for accounting and analyzing of the training loads by the nature of physiological impact on the body of athletes.
The study objective is to develop a methodology for determining the jump height and jumping endurance in basketball players of various gaming functions using modern nanotechnology and microprocessor systems, in particular smartphones, personal computers, etc. Materials and methods. The study used a method for determining jump height and jumping endurance using capacitive sensor devices based on a combination of modern nanotechnology and microprocessor systems, in particular smartphones, personal computers. Results. The study showed that the use of modern nanotechnology to monitor the jump height and jumping endurance allows you to study these indicators with high accuracy, which is very important in scientific research. The study showed that the absolute height of the jump in center players is 328.1 ± 7.88 cm, in attackers – 324.1 ± 6.62 cm, in defenders – 314.4 ± 8.65 cm. The relative height of the jump in defenders is 57.7 ± 6.86 cm, which is on average 8.2 cm more than in center players, and 5.3 cm more than in attackers (p < 0.001 and p < 0.02, respectively). Conclusions. The use of modern nanotechnology and microprocessor systems to determine the parameters of jump height and jumping endurance allows you to determine these parameters with high accuracy. The use of modern, accurate nanotechnology measurement and calculation of jump height and jumping endurance indicators using graphic data analysis provided a complete description and degree of development of various “jumping” qualities of basketball players. Studies have shown that the jump height and jumping endurance in basketball players of different roles (defenders, attackers, and center) differ with a high degree of reliability.
The study purpose was to determine the technical-and-tactical indicators of young basketball players aged 13-14 in the process of competitions and to develop recommendations for assessing the competitive activities of young basketball players. Materials and methods. The study used the method of pedagogical observations during competitions with recording in a specially developed protocol the following indicators of competitive activity of young basketball players: throws to the basket in motion, two- and three-point throws, free throws, quick breakthrough, positional attack, struggle for rebounding the ball, interception of the ball, “goal assists”, technical errors, and other losses of the ball. Results. As shown by the results of studies of such a technical indicator as throwing the ball into the basket in motion, young basketball players aged 13-14 have the highest accuracy in hitting the basket in this technique of the game – 49.1%. Moreover, the hit percentage (51.6) is higher in the first half of the game than in the second half (46.6) with a high significance level of the difference (p>0.99). A similar situation is observed when making two- and three-point shots from the distance. Studies of the effectiveness of free throws have shown that, on average, basketball players aged 13-14 make 14.1 free throws, of which 7.1 hit, which is 52.2 %. Studies have shown that the number of quick breakouts averages 8.45 per game (5.18 in the first half and 3.27 in the second half). The number of possessions of the ball in the fight for the rebound on own backboard is 14.9 times, and on the opponent's backboard – 13.36. The average number of “goal assists” per game is 4.36, ball interceptions – 8.18, technical errors – 15, and other ball losses – 9.54. Conclusions. Studies of technical-and-tactical indicators of young basketball players during competitions have shown that their role is underestimated in the practice of training young basketball players. The training programs for basic training groups (aged 13-14) shall include in full all technical-and-tactical indicators, and especially throws in motion from under the backboard, two- and three-point shots, “goal assists”, free throws, ball losses, interceptions, block shots, struggle for rebound, indicators in a quick breakthrough and in a positional attack, the number of points conceded, etc. It should be noted that there is a higher number of technical-and-tactical indicators in the first half of the game, compared to the second half, with a high significance level of the difference between the indicators. This indicates the growing fatigue of young basketball players and the need to find ways to improve the system of training speed endurance and throwing techniques in a state of fatigue.
Purpose. To identify the state of teaching “Physical Education” by means of distance technologies at the university. Materials and methods. The study involved 3,726 first-year students of the Lviv Polytechnic National University of all educational-and-scientific institutes. The organization of the study was aimed at studying the opinion of students on various issues regarding the quality of distance education in physical education. At the empirical level of the study, a questionnaire was used. Results. The study analyzed the state of physical education at the university by means of distance learning. According to the results of the survey, it was found that the vast majority of surveyed students (81.3%) believe that physical education classes by means of distance learning are necessary in the conditions of introduction of quarantine safety measures. 51.6% of students noted that methodical skills gained during the classes significantly helped them in organizing independent physical training sessions during the suspension of educational activities in auditoriums. 71% support the possibility of physical education classes by means of distance technologies in order to counteract the forced restriction of motor activity. Conclusions. Ensuring the effectiveness of physical education of students in the position of quarantine measures requires new approaches and methods of interaction with students, adequate choice of goals and objectives, organizational forms, methods and means of physical education maintain the proper level of their motor activity and prevent social maladaptation. From the study, we can conclude that physical education by means of distance technologies is in a state of development, but not at such a rapid pace. Instead, on the basis of the study summarizes that the use of distance learning means in physical education of students ensures the formation of values of a healthy lifestyle and maintaining their health at the appropriate level.
