Digitalization is currently a topic of great interest and is a source of transformation in various fields of activity. Numerous new technologies in the field of the Internet of Things, virtual and augmented reality, big data and many others offer great opportunities for a radical update of the business model. Many startups and well-known companies have already demonstrated how digitalization can revolutionize processes and transform entire markets with new experiences. This article discusses key drivers that play an important role in the digital transformation of a company's innovation potential. It also shows that, despite the opportunities that digitalization of innovation potential offers, there are still issues that need to be addressed.

The paper considers issues related to the evaluation of the quality of public services in the sphere of small and mediumsized business support and promotion. The authors identify the problems, objectives and main tools of evaluating the quality of the services provided by public organizations to small and medium-sized businesses in Moscow. In 2016-2017 at the State Government-Financed Institution "Small Business of Moscow", the authors tested the following indices and methods of evaluating the quality of public services in the sphere of small and medium-sized business support and promotion: the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS); the "Mystery Diner" method in order to evaluate the work of the employees at the local subdivision, and the "SERVQUAL" method in order to provide a full assessment of the quality and efficiency of performance at the local subdivisions of the organization. Evaluating the quality of public services for entrepreneurs is a priority area for improving the quality and assuring the efficiency of public services provided to business entities.

Indicators for assessing the level of economic security of the region provide an opportunity for a comprehensive assessment of the development and stability of the territory, its ability to withstand the influence of negative external and internal factors. Studies show that there is currently no generally accepted method of assessing the level of economic security. Comparison of actual values of indicators with threshold allows to judge dynamics of change of levels of components of economic security of regions and to carry out a comparative assessment of these components. Definition and calculation of the integral indicator of economic security of the regions comprising the Central Black Earth Economic Region, is proposed by an original technique, allowing to assess the dynamics of changes in the economic security in general, and to determine the spectrum of threats at various components. The integral normalized indicator gives an idea of some boundary between the state of security and the state of insecurity of the region from external and internal threats and allows to visually compare the state of the regions among themselves.
