The problem faced is damage, especially to the screw conveyor from the Continuous Ship Unloader (CSU) as a dry bulk material transfer equipment (phosphate rock) which is taken from the ship's hold which is flowed by a screw conveyor followed by the belt conveyor to the material warehouse to be processed into a type of fertilizer. The purpose of planning is to obtain a schedule and estimated cost of maintenance and repair of CSU for the period 2022 to 2025, and to obtain the ratio of maintenance-repair costs to the profit of the machine. Planning methods uses the IRRO (Inspection, Replace, Repair, and Overhoul) method include data collection of machine maintenance history and component breakdowns, checking CSU specifications, making a list of component life predictions and component prices, predicting costs and duration of component dissasembly, screw conveyor repair, maintenance and repair scheduling, and maintenance and repair cost estimates. The real results of planning in the form of a maintenance and repair schedule for the period of 2022 to 2025; maintenance and repair costs respectively for the years 2022 to 2025 are IDR 136,873,000; IDR 335,986,000; IDR 160,687,000; and IDR 464,733,000; and the ratio between maintenance costs to profit for the years 2022 to 2025 is 0.51, 1.22, 0.57, and 1.63 which means the machine is still fit for use without the need for refurbishment because it is still prospective.
Conversion of bicycles into electric bicycles is currently carried out by many people. in the conversion process, there are still many people who do not understand the working concept and analysis of determining the right specifications for the conversion carried out. This paper presents experimental research and energy consumption analysis of a 350 Watt brushless DC electric motor with LiFePO4 Battery. LiFePO4 Battery is one of one of lithium-ion battery that Environmentally friendly, which will not destroy the ecological environment, also have no memory effects. The battery parameters that analyzed in this study are voltage, current, temperature, and internal resistance.

Pendidikan ini pada umumnya dikelola swasembada , karena pemerintah belum banyak menyediakan bantuan pendidikan Taman Kanak Kanak khususnya di tingkat desa . sehingga kebanyakan Taman Kanak Kanak di daerah pedesaan itu swakelola. Kecamatan Kalipare terletak 45 Km kearah selatan kota Malang, dan Di Desa. Kaliasri masih belum banyak TK karena untuk mendirikan TK maupun playgrup banyak persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi : guru yang kompeten dibidangnya, gedung sekolah, ruang bermain, sarana bermain dan fasilitas lain yang mendukung proses belajar mengajar. itu semua memerlukan dana yang cukup besar. Dengan jumlah fasilitas bermain yang masih minim TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan 3 Kaliasri.terus meningkatkan pelayanan pendidikan prasekolah kepada masyarakat sekitarnya. Dalam operasional sehari-harinya dana yang diperoleh dari masyarakat sangat kurang, sehingga untuk pelaksanaan harian dan pengembangan sarana penunjang untuk bermain bagi anak-anak peserta didik tentu saja tidak mungkin. Oleh karena itu dengan adanaya pengapdian masyarakat ini maka sekolah merasa sangat terbantu dengan ditambahnya sarana bermain “Hang ledder”
Hydrocarbon refrigerant is a type of environmentally friendly refrigerant but it has disadvantages compared to halocarbon refrigerant which is flammable. The purpose of mixing hydrocarbon refrigerants with halocarbons in the study was to determine the effect of the percentage of the refrigerant mixture on the temperature of the evaporator and reduce its flameability. The percentage of the mass of the mixed refrigerant mixture that is loaded and time is used as the independent variable, the evaporator temperature as the dependent variable. So the relationship between time and evaporator temperature will be known for each percentage of the mass of the refrigerant mixture. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi campuran massa refrigeran hidrokarbon dengan halocarbon berpengaruh terhadap laju perubahan temperatur evaporator. Persentase hidrokarbon dalam campuaran refrigeran HC-HCFC semakin besar dapat meningkatkan laju penurunan temperatur pada evaporator. Semakin besar persentase hidrokarbon dapat menghasilkan pencapaian temperatur semakin rendah pada evaporator.
This study aimed to determine the correlation value against the value of hard carbon steel with elasticity it. This is done by determining the formula formulation in the form of the regression equation Y = AX1 + BX2. Data taken from the sample used in the form of a cylindrical rod test specimens and the steel plate. Severity using the Brinell test, whereas withdrawal using tensile testing machine. The results were obtained for cylindrical steel Y = 2,41 X1 – 0,4347X2 and for specimens of steel plate (flat) Y = 2,35 X1 – 0,534X2. Y is the value of the rigidity, and X1 is hardness of steel. While X2 arises from material stretch factor. Probability influence of workmanship and style fluctuate respectively 0,4347 and 0,534 is much larger than 0.05 (a standard which is commonly used). This means that the regression coefficient is not significantly different effect. Decrease in strength may be due to the loss of influence of the stress concentration occurs. In addition it could also be due to the configuration of the carbon forming constituents uneven in areas experiencing strain due to the with drawalprocess
