Ectopic kidney-uncrossed or crossed, or with and without fusion-is a common congenital developmental anomaly. Commonly employed imaging modalities used for evaluating such condition include ultrasonography, IV pyelography, and contrast-enhanced CT scan. Here in, we describe a rare case report of an incidentally detected bilateral crossed renal ectopia without fusion on Tc-DTPA scan in the setting of inconclusive ultrasonography and deranged renal function.
