The clinical aspects of diagnosis and treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures Abstract. The analytical literature review discusses the issues of diagnosis and treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Author examined trends and directions of diagnosis and treatment: mechanogenesis, modern classifications, standards of survey, opportunities to optimize the provision of medical assistance to the victims with intra-articular calcaneal fractures. The analysis found that there is a problem of diagnosis and qualitative treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures that should be solved through the development and implementation of comprehensive methods for the diagnosis and treatment in terms of evidencebased medicine.
