This article presents the results of studies of the high-voltage electrochemical cathodic process of cleaning the welding wire from scale, rust and other contaminants, since the quality of the weld significantly depends on its condition. The es-sence of high-voltage electrochemical cleaning is described, according to which electrolyte is supplied to the treated surface of the workpiece by a narrow stream from the holes of the sprayer nozzle. The description of the experiments is given. The authors note the influence on the stable course of the cathodic process and the quality of cleaning of the electro-hydraulic and technological parameters of the process. They determined the absence of the welding wire hydrogenation, which is explained by the specificity of phase transformations in the near-cathode zone. Rational regimes for cleaning the welding wire are given.

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of regime parameters at electrochemical dimensional processing on the microhardness of titanium alloys, its connection with the gas saturation of the surface layer and the change in depth.

В статье рассмотрена процедура оценки рыночной стоимости права требования как объекта оценки в современных условиях. Актуальность темы подтверждается тем, что оценка рыночной стоимости прав требований по кредитным соглашениям является новой темой в оценочной деятельности, появление которой обусловлено возрастанием количества просроченной задолженности на долговом рынке России. Ситуация осложняется тем, что повышение спроса и предложения по кредитам не соотносится с ростом реальных доходов населения. Данные обстоятельства заставляют банки максимально внимательно относиться к кредитам с просроченными платежами и прибегать к помощи сторонних организаций. В статье дано определение рыночной стоимости объекта оценки-права требования в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации. Авторами проанализированы основные ценообразующие факторы, определяющие стоимость права требования, основные риски обеспечения кредитных обязательств, представлены методы определения рыночной стоимости права требования, обосновано использование доходного подхода для определения рыночной стоимости права требования, согласованы результаты оценки рыночной стоимости права требования двумя методами в доходном подходе, произведен обзор залоговых правоотношений. Изучена статистика по просроченной задолженности в РФ. Произведено сравнение методов сотрудничества банковских и коллекторских структур.

The article deals with the procedure for assessing the market value of loan obligations for enterprises of the investment and construction complex in the context of the digitalization of the Russian economy. The relevance of the topic is confirmed by the fact that digital systems and technologies have been developing rapidly in Russia in recent years, since the level of development of the digital economy is important for increasing the competitiveness of the state with other developed countries. The banking system is inextricably linked with the digital economy, which completely changes the structure of the banking system as a whole, first of all, accelerating all processes, making them more accessible and transparent. The authors of the article study the concept of a digital economy and examine the impact of the digital economy on the banking system. Assessment of the market value of loan obligations in business is a new topic in appraisal activities. The article discusses in detail the approaches to determining the market value of a business, the most suitable methods for determining the market value of a right of claim are clarified and updated. The authors investigated the concept of a collection agency, the procedure for cooperation between credit institutions and agencies. They analyze the statistics on the sale of debts, as well as the advantages for credit institutions of transferring the right of claim to agencies.

The study results of the influence of the surface layer of forming rolls on their operational characteristics are presented, the results of comparative tests for contact fatigue of samples machined by grinding and electrochemical sizing are presented, the sequence of sample preparation for experimental studies is considered, recommendations on the choice of final machining method are formulated.
