The solved tasks are to develop recommendations for combining industry 4.0 technologies with the reduction of less qualified personnel due to their use while maximizing (keeping) of the efficiency of the organization’s activities. The novelty is the justification for the need to use strategic methodological approaches for design and development of new value proposals and business models in the organization for the strategically effective use of Industry 4.0 technologies and management of highly qualified personnel. The main characteristics, basic technologies and the strategic role of Industry 4.0, as well as its impact on business and working conditions of employees and the state as a whole, are analyzed. The model of changes in the role of labor when using “digital” capital is analyzed. A full-fledged entry into Industry 4.0 will contribute to various structural and balance changes in the socio-economic sphere, while the main transformations will be subject to the traditional life of a person, his values, beliefs and, ultimately, the conditions of existence. Despite the fact that robotics in the course of Industry 4.0 to replace the individual, the human labour in specific segments will be necessary. Work is also necessary for the development of the individual, both culturally and psychologically.

Brief analysis of the actual problems of modern quality management and the importance of product quality are highlighted in this article. An overview of the application of information technology in quality management and existing class of information systems that are used for quality control are given. Implementation of algorithm of quality control without the use of complex IS and the assessment of economic effect of the algorithm' implementation are presented. Finally, a pathway for partial quality control automation without the usage of information systems is suggested.
The article considers the current topic - justification of the possibility of organizing a system for recycling solid domestic and other waste based on plasma technologies and the subsequent use of secondary raw materials based on them. The current state of production sector of collection and disposal of solid domestic and other waste abroad and in Russia was analyzed. There are proposed a scheme of organization of solid domestic and other waste disposal system based on plasma technologies, operable at the under construction enterprise for processing of these wastes. The economic feasibility of this enterprise is justified. It was concluded that although the use of plasma technologies is most beneficial in the energy sector, when introducing plasma plants and creating solid waste disposal plants using these plants, taking into account the financial benefits in obtaining the raw materials and energy generated by them is not the main task, but an additional economic effect. The main thing is to reduce the negative impact of solid municipal waste on the environment and people.
