The article introduces the results of the experimental research of the influence of elevated temperatures on the modified fine-grained concrete strength and strain under axial compression.
The article introduces the results of the experimental research of the effect of confinement and steel fiber reinforcement on the strength and strain of the compressed elements of high-modified as well as high-strength SFRC. Analytical expressions to describe the strength and strain of elements with confinement reinforcement under axial compression have been proposed. The results of the research of the effect of concrete age and temperatures elevated up to 150 C on the strength and strain of highstrength SFRC have been introduced.
The article introduces results of the experimental research of the influence of the scale effect on the shrinkage strain of high-strength concrete of C70/85 class as well as recommendations for accounting in practical calculations of the scale effect influence on the characteristics under research.
Abstract. The results of experimental research of high up to 200 • C temperature influence and scale effect on temperature and shrinkage strain, creep and characteristics of strength and strain properties of high-strength modified fine and heavy concretes under axial compression are presented in the article. The practical way of accounting of the influence of the scale effect on design variables of shrinkage strain and concrete creep is proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
