Abstract. The fundamental geographic national condition monitoring uses high-resolution aerial and aerospace remote sensing images to produce digital orthophoto images, land cover classification, geographical and national conditions, databases, statistical analysis and other results to monitor land changes within China's territory, the cycle is once a year. At present, the achievements have been applied in the fields of natural resource management, environmental protection and governance, people's livelihood guarantee, emergency disaster relief, and so on, it is of great significance to provide integrated, standardized and reliable geographic information products to meet the needs of ecological civilization construction. In view of the actual situation of the geographical conditions of the country, such as the organizational mode of production, the technical methods and the requirements of the results, this paper discusses the innovative development of the quality control method, the quality control content, the results quality evaluation and software development, etc. , having established a basic quality control system for monitoring the geographical conditions of the country, and applied it in the quality control work of monitoring the geographical conditions of the country carried out in the past four years from 2016 to 2019, effectively guaranteeing the quality of the results, it also provides reference and reference for other important engineering quality control work.
Abstract. Aiming at the quality problems of the land cover classification data, such as missing update of changed spots, overrun of spot collection accuracy, incorrect spot classification, and inconsistencies between the filling of the change types of map spots and technical regulations, had been found during the quality inspection of the national geographic condition monitoring in China. This paper analyzed the key production factors, processes and causes that affect the process quality of the land cover classification data, and proposed the concept of the whole production quality control, and discussed the quality control measures to improve the land cover classification product. The research based on the new requirements of the whole-process quality control system in order to solve the quality problem-oriented production quality control method, could improve the quality of land cover classification product and provided reference for the quality control of the production process of related engineering projects in the future.
Abstract. Combined with the acceptance of the surface coverage data results of the national geographic situation monitoring project, as well as the consistency requirements between the surface coverage data results and the background data, the "three tone" data results, the digital orthophoto data and the field investigation and verification data, this paper puts forward the quality control method of the surface coverage classification data results by analyzing the quality problems found in the inspection. Abstract. In view of the problems that the permanent scatterer synthetic aperture radar interferometry (PS-InSAR) technology was limited by the difference of processing algorithms and the professional level of data processing personnel, and its monitoring results were still difficult to fully achieve the theoretical accuracy, a new technical process suitable for the detection of PS-InSAR surface deformation monitoring results was proposed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of monitoring results, the inspection work was carried out by means of overall inspection. The test parameters, test objects and test items to be tested, as well as the test methods of different test parameters were determined; The key links of PS-InSAR surface deformation monitoring data processing were analyzed in detail, and the technical flow of mathematical accuracy detection was given. Finally, the quality detection of surface deformation monitoring results based on PS-InSAR technology of 3000 square kilometres were carried out, the results showed that the proposed technical route was feasible and quality evaluation result was objective.
