This studied aims to explained the effect of the variables of inflation, consumption expenditure, capital formation, foreign direct investment, and trade openness on gross domestic product ASEAN countries from 1996 – 2018. This research used a panel regression analyzed method to test the data in getting decisions. The t-statistic test results showed that consumption expenditure, capital formation, foreign direct investment, and trade openness significantly influence the direction of a positive relationship to gross domestic product. However, inflation showed a negative direction and had a significant effect on the gross domestic product so that if there is increased inflation it will reduce gross domestic product. The government can formula a single-digit policy so that there is no decline in the gross domestic product of ASEAN countries.
Kesuliatan yang dihadapi di desa jabung adalah kurangnya penghijauan akses menuju tempat pengrajin topeng sehingga kampung topeng terlihat gersang. Kemudian masih rendahnya pengetahuan pengelolaan sampah/limbah dan manajemen lingkungan produksi yang terkesan berantakan serta bagaimana membuang sisa cat atau tinta lukis topeng dan masih rendahnya kesadaran pengrajin kebersihan dan kesehatan yang menyebabkan para pengrajin tidak menggunakan masker dan sarung tangan ketika membuat topeng dan souvenir lainnya. Penyelesaian masalah yang terjadi pada pengrajin topeng yaitu dengan cara memberi penyuluhan kebersihan lingkungan agar muncul kesadaran para pengrajin akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu membantu pengrajin dalam hal mengatur serta menata lingkungan produksi pengrajin topeng. Hasil dari pengabdian ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kualitas kebersihan lingkungan produksi. Kebersihan lingkungan produksi berdampak pada kenyamanan pengrajin topeng dalam menghasilkan karya sehingga para pengrajin lebih giat dalam berkarya dan memberi nilai tambah ekonomi.
This research aims to study the Strategy for Developing Bamboo Forest Ecotourism in Lumajang Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The source of the data used in this study is primary data. Primary data is the main research data obtained by researchers at the time researchers in the field. Primary data in this study consisted of interviews. This research was conducted in the Bamboo Forest tourism area in Lumajang Regency. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threats). The results showed that the Bamboo Forest Ecotourism in Lumajang District produced several strategies for developing the Bamboo Forest Ecotourism that included improving management systems to encourage community empowerment, collaborate with parties or travel agents, increase potential, improve infrastructure, and carry out promotions. Bamboo Forest has adequate facilities to carry out various activities. Ecotourism management is expected to add supporting infrastructure of Bamboo Forest ecotourism and maintain the ecotourism sustainability.
The distinction of interzonal potential will cause several problems such as uneven economic growth, the area-centered spreading investment, and income inequality. This research aims to analyze the effect of economic growth and investment on the inter-regional income inequality in West Nusa Tenggara from 2012 to 2017. This research uses secondary data obtained from BPS-Statistics Indonesia (Badan Pusat Statistik), and the Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal – BPKM). Williamson Index is used to representing income inequality, and the method analysis is the panel data analyzing with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The effect between a dependent variable and independent variable will be shown that economic growth has a positive and significant influence towards the income inequality, and investment has a positive and not significant influence towards the income inequality.
In national economic development, there is a gap between the growth of the workforce and the willingness of various economic sectors to absorb labor, making job opportunities still a major problem in the economy. Employment opportunities are influenced by several factors, namely the level of education, provincial minimum wage , and the number of industries. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and analyze the variables of Education level, Provincial Minimum Wage , and Number of Industries on Employment Opportunities in East Java Province 1995-2020. This study uses the Multiple Regression analysis tool method with time series. The results of the study show that simultaneously the variables of Education Level, Provincial minimum wage, and Number of Industries have a significant effect on Employment Opportunities in East Java Province in 1995-2020. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that 95 percent of employment opportunities and the remaining 5 percent are explained by other variables not examined. Partially the level of education, Provincial Minimum Wage, and Number of Industries have a significant effect on Job Opportunities in East Java Province.
