Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) akan berdampak pada Fakultas Hukum Usahid Jakarta, khususnya bagi dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, beserta kesiapan dan fasilitas pelaksanaan program MBKM pada Fakultas Hukum Usahid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kesiapan pelaksanaan kebijakan MBKM dalam pengelolaan SDM pada Fakultas Hukum Usahid; dan kedua, untuk memperkuat adanya fasilitas pendukung pelaksanaan MBKM pada Fakultas Hukum Usahid. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan dua metode, yakni pertama, penelitian kepustakaan; dan kedua, penelitian lapangan, yakni metode dengan melakukan survei kepada para mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Usahid melalui sosialisasi dan FGD terkait kebijakan MBKM pada tingkat Fakultas Hukum Usahid. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, Fakultas Hukum Usahid telah mempersiapkan terkait pelaksanaan kebijakan MBKM dengan berbagai peluang yang ada. Peluang tersebut berkaitan erat dengan kesiapan SDM, baik dosen pendamping/fasilitator guna merespon pilihan mahasiswa atas program MBKM, latar belakang dosen sekaligus praktisi, maupun tenaga kependidikan sebagai supporting administration system; kedua, Fakultas Hukum Usahid telah mempersiapkan berbagai fasilitas guna mempersiapkan mahasiswa dalam menetapkan pilihan program MBKM, diantaranya peradilan semu, LKBH dan lain sebagainya. Selain penguatan kelembagaan secara internal, juga penguatan eksternal melalui berbagai kerjasama beserta hasilnya dengan sejumlah institusi/lembaga negara di bidang hukum sebagai mitra. This research is aimed in improving students’ speaking skills for Aliyah students at grade XII by using Podcast media. The background of this research is the need of technology application in the teaching and learning process in covid-19 pandemic. This research applied quasi experimental method with pre-test post-test design. The sample of this study are female students of grade XII IPS as the experimental class and female students of XII IPA for the control class. The instruments used to collect the data are speaking test and questionnaire. The speaking test used to gather the data about speaking achievement, while the questionnaire used to obtain the data on students’ perspective of using Podcast in speaking teaching and learning process. To analyze the data, the researcher used normality, homogeneity, and t-test. While descriptive statistics is used to analyze the data on students’ perspective. The result of independent sample t-test is 0.014 means it is lower than 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between control and experimental group. While for the students’ perspective of the use of Podcast in the English teaching and learning process found most of the students have positive respond. Most of them said that Podcast can help them in learning English, especially in speaking skills.
This study aims to develop a macromedia flash-based Educational Game Media suitable for use in fraction mathematics lessons. The research method used is a type of Research and Development (R & D). The model used is a modification of the model from Borg and Gall with the following stages: (1) research and information gathering, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) limited trials, (5) initial product revision, (6) Main field trials, (7) operational product revisions, (8) operational field trials, (9) final product revisions, (10) Dissemination and implementation. The results showed that the educational Game Media based on macromedia flash was valid, so it was suitable for use in the mathematics learning process. Educational Game Media based on macromedia flash is also considered effective for improving learning outcomes based on the T Independent Sig test results. (p) 0.00 with conditions P <0.05 so that H0 is rejected. Paired T test results Sig. (p) 0.000 with conditions P <0.05 so that H0 is rejected also shows that the macromedia flash-based Educational Game Media has a significant impact on improving learning outcomes.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa multimedia interakif pembelajaran bahasa Inggris materi Expressions pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Ali Maksum Yogyakarta dan mengetahui keefektifan produk multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) merupakan jenis penelitian yang berorientasi pada produk. Model yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pengembangan ini adalah model pengembangan Borg dan Gall. Model ini memiliki 10 tahapan pengembangan. Kesepuluh tahap tersebut sebagai berikut. (1) research and information collecting. (2) Planning. (3) developing preliminary form of product. (4) Preliminary field testing. (5) Main product revision. (6) main field testing. (7) operational product revision. (8) operational field testing. (9) final product revision. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian siswa serta peningkatan pemahaman materi expressions pada siswa maka multimedia interaktif ini layak dan sesuai digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Validasi materi mendapat skor 4,2 dengan kategori baik, validasi media mendapat skor 4,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara yang menggunakan multimedia interaktif dengan yang tidak menggunakan multimedia interaktif. Developing English material “expressions” junior highschool students AbstractThis research aims to produce a product in the form of interactive multimedia English learning material “Expressions” in eighth grade students of Ali Maksum Middle School Yogyakarta.
