An effort to encourage increased food productivity is directly proportional to the limited access of farmers on capital financing resources. The purpose of the research is to describe the financial literacy rate of farmers in Madura. The data analysis method uses a descriptive (qualitative) analysis and a different test (T-Test) with IBM SPSS. 23 Software support. The results of the research obtained that food farmers in Sampang and Bangkalan districts have a relatively moderate financial knowledge with all its limitations. Their understanding is sufficient about the knowledge principle of bank interest calculation, the time value of money, the general rules of the bank, the definition of inflation, risk and profit received. However, financial behavior and attitudes are categorized less. The difference of the principal of Madura food farmers in both research areas namely Sampang Regency and Bangkalan District is located on the component of the Financial Knowledge Index.
Magelang Regency's Dusun Dlinggo, Ngadirejo Village, Tegalrejo District, has become a center for traditional Eid cakes, namely semprong. The month of Ramadan sees the highest demand, with no more orders being taken even in the middle of the month. This community service aims to empower MSMEs by increasing demand for semprong cakes throughout the year through digital marketing and online sales. Through training and assistance in product design, packaging, and management of e-commerce websites and social media, the community is actively involved in the implementation of program. In comparison with before program, the results of measuring partner knowledge of digital marketing increased by 49%.
Desa wisata merupakan suatu tempat yang memiliki ciri dan nilai tertentu yang dapat menjadi daya tarik khusus bagi wisatawan dengan minat khusus terhadap kehidupan pedesaan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap potensi produk unggulan pertanian untuk mendukung pengembangan Desa Wisata Tamansari (DEWI TARI) di Desa Tamansari, Kecamatan Licin, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penyajian data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan chi square. Sektor unggulan desa Tamansari pada sektor pertanian, perkebunan, dan peternakan komoditas unggulan berupa kopi, padi, sapi, kambing, dan cengkeh. Sektor kehutanan, hasil kayu, dan non kayu komoditas unggulan berupa sengon dan mahoni. Sektor perikanan komoditas unggulan berupa ikan nila, ikan koi, dan ikan mas. Indikator produk unggulan desa memiliki korelasi kuat dengan berbagai sektor pertanian serta dipersepsikan secara baik oleh masyarakat
The intention of this deepening is to analyze the meaning of the influence of tax sanctions, trust in the government and law, special services, in addition to understanding among the ruling variables that have an impact on the mandatory compliance of the PBB in the Village of Kemasan. This type of exploration is a survey on the PBB mandatory in the Village of Kemasan. all the PBB mandatory registered in the Kemasan Village is the population in this study. Random sampling became a sampling technique in this study for 100 PBB taxpayers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire statement. Data analysis methods required, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test (Model Accuracy), Test (R2). The results of these observations indicate that tax sanctions, trust in the government and law, the tax authorities services will impact on PBB compliance in the Village of Kemasan. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.520, this means that the contribution or effect supported by the variable tax sanctions, trust in the government and the law, special services to PBB revenue is 52.0% while the remaining 48.0% is influenced by variables outside research studied.
Research aims: This research aimed to determine the impact of family structure on the cash flow sensitivity of cash (CFSC) in the manufacturing sector. It also investigates the indirect impact of busy directors as a moderating effect.Design/Methodology/Approach: Based on a sample of Indonesia’s manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2017, the researcher uses GLS regression models on this panel data calculated with robustness fit test at the firm’s level.Research findings: It indicated that family structure has a impact positively on cash flow sensitivity of cash and statistically significant. Meanwhile, the indirect impact of busy directors found to have a impact negatively and weakened on the relationship of family structure and CFSC, it also indiciated that quality of busy directors is an tool of corporate governance that is effectively to monitor of every family firm’s decisions.Theoretical contribution: This article enriches previous literature by justifying the impact of busy directors on the relation between every each of family’s firm decision and CFSC. Furthermore, it showed us a metric for agency problems that is the sensitivity of cash to corporate cash flows.Implication policy: Based on POJK regulations, the context of busy directors in this research refers to the roles and duties of the Board of Commissioners (BOC) which concurrently hold positions for other public companies.Research Limitation/Implication: The implications suggest that almost most of Indonesian family corporation are tend to expropriate minority by extracting rents through coporate cash flow sensitivity of cash behavior.
