Abstract. World Health Organization (WHO) estimated that approximately 80 thousand children died every year in view of Childhood Tuberculosis. The disease needs an appropriate treatment considering the difficulties in establishing a diagnosis in pediatric patients. The incapability of children to produce sputum becomes one of the difficulties. Sputum is used to diagnose a person suffering from tuberculosis, based on Mycobacterium tuberculosis in sputum. In this paper, Mamdani, Tsukamoto and Sugeno-types Fuzzy Inference System are applied to assist the tuberculosis diagnosis. The different technique in these three methods is aimed to determine the most appropriate method for such diagnosis. The results show that, of the three types of Fuzzy Inference System, the best model is Sugeno model. Sugeno-type FIS has a better accuracy compared to both Mamdani and Tsukamoto ones at 93%, equivalent to a fault diagnosis in 13 of 180 patients. Here, Mamdani-type FIS is provided the diagnostic accuracy of 89%, equivalent to the fault diagnosis in 20 of 180 patients. On the other hand, Tsukamoto is provided the diagnostic accuracy of 92%, equivalent to fault diagnosis in 15 of 180 patients. Based on the three systems, the most precise output is found in Sugeno-type Fuzzy with a value by 95.1% while for Fuzzy Mamdani and Tsukamoto, it values are 93.4% and 94.5%, respectively. Also, the highest level for the system sensitivity is found in Sugeno with 97.2% in comparison to Tsukamoto FIS by 96.67% and Mamdani at 94.4%.
Emergencies are occurring in any situation. The best decision is needed in an emergency situation, such as accidents, heart attacks, and parturition. Google Maps only presents information about the closest distance and time based on Google’s algorithm, without considering the best option of medical facilities based on condition in real situation. Furthermore, in this study, the decision support systems, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), was built then combined with Google Maps API. The Haversine formula was used to get the value of radius, travel distance, and time. The system was compared to other decision support system algorithm, TOPSIS, to understand the suitable method of this system. The scopes of Medical services in this study are hospital, clinic, and PUSKESMAS. Based on experiment that is conducted on 30 data, SAW yields an accuracy of 80, while TOPSIS is 90%. While working on 10 experiments from different user coordinate points, SAW produced 70% accuracy and TOPSIS 80% compared to human experience.
Papaya is one of the fruits commodity that grow in the plateau and lowlands. It makes papaya vulnerable to pests and diseases that impedes optimal yields. In this study, an expert sistem was build that was able to store a knowledge base for the diagnosis of pests and diseases of papaya plants. A method of information retrieval is needed that the knowledge base becomes dynamic. Forward Chaining is a method of finding knowledge that starts with existing information and combines rules to produce a conclusion. The Best First Search technique is used for fact finding to obtain optimal results. Forward Chaining method that was build in expert sistems allow the sistem to perform the simple searching result on the database facts. The knowledge was obtained from experts. Web-based expert sistem has 6 pest data and 7 disease data, 41 pest and disease symptom data, and also 12 treatment techniques. Fifty data of papaya trees that had been sustained by disease were used in the test. The test results showed a sistem accuracy is 96% compared to experts.
Penelitian ini di latar belakangi dengan kemajuan teknologi yang mempermudah dalam pemilihan dengan meminimalisirkan anggaran pengeluaran kertas dan konsumsi secara berlebih dalam acara pemilihan ketua himpunan mahasiswa yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu penulis bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem E-voting pemilihan ketua himpunan mahasiswa teknologi rekayasa perangkat lunak agar mempermudah dalam melakukan pemilhan dan meminimalisirkan waktu efesinsi produktifitas Belajar mahasiswa di dalam kampus dan mengurangi hasil surat suara rusak.
