Sistem informasi repository Universitas Banten Jaya pada saat ini masih manual, proses untuk mengakses karya ilmiah dilakukan dengan cara meminjam melalui perpustakaan. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem ini untuk mempermudah mahasiswa mencari referensi karya ilmiah secara online. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall, pada tahap analisa dan perancangan sistem usulan penelitian mengguanakan pemodelan Diagram Arus Data (DAD). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung dengan kepala perpustakaan dan staf Universitas Banten Jaya serta melakukan observasi di Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya dari wawancara dan observasi didapatkan informasi prosedur yang sedang berjalan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa, kemudian data tersebut dianalisa dan digunakan sebagai informasi untuk merancang aplikasi. Proses perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa rancangan aplikasi repository yang dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses karya ilmiah pada Perpustakaan Universitas Banten Jaya. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Repository dapat mengurangi terjadinya kerusakan, kehilangan koleksi karya ilmiah, mempermudah penggunaan perpustakaan dan menghemat penggunaan ruangan dan dengan diterapkan aplikasi Repository diharapkan dapat menunjang kinerja perpustakaan dan membantu para pengguna perpustakaan dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.
Industrial competition that is increasingly stringent requires companies to optimize all of their resources, including human resources, namely workers in producing high quality products. The safety and health of the workers must be considered, which is carried out based on the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) applied by the related company. The obligation to implement SMK3 is regulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning manpower. This journal describes how the implementation of SMK3 can be an effort to achieve zero accident. SMA Negeri 1 Pabuaran is one of the schools that has implemented the 2013 Curriculum. The change from the KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum certainly changes the value management process. The process of managing report cards carried out is currently less effective and efficient because the process is carried out separately using Microsoft Excel. There is often a difference in the format of report values between subject teachers and homeroom teachers, so homeroom teachers need to change these scores to fit the proper format. The purpose of this study is to design and develop a value management information system using a web-based E-Report and to conduct quality testing using the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) method on the information system developed. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) for visual system modeling. The results achieved after the implementation of this application make it easier for users (teachers, homeroom teachers, and student parents) to do their work and overcome the difficulties of inputting report values that have been done in schools. The conclusion obtained is that using the e-rapport application can support improvements in work so that the process of inputting values is more effective and efficient. The value of the report becomes more structured and well-documented. The results of the research on the level of user satisfaction with thee-rapport system are in the very good or very satisfied category.
The purpose of this study is to analyze as well as provide input to a company, namely through the development of an information system that is currently used to process data for travel car rental services. Currently the computer application is one of the important factors for a company in managing all company activities to be more effective and easier. Even the use of technology through information systems has become the main requirement to show the quality of a field and become the most important capital in winning the competition. The information system for travel car rental services at Tirtayasa Trans needs to be designed because currently it is still using a separate data processing method in a spreadsheet application, where each daily or monthly transaction is grouped in each file so that this makes the filtering and reporting process difficult. The research method used in writing is a descriptive review method with a data collection technique approach, namely through observation, interviews, and literatur study. In addition, at the system development stage, the waterfall system is used. The design of this computer application can help companies to improve performance and car rental services in order to compete well in the world of travel car rental business.
Cibiuk Restaurant is a typical Sundanese restaurant that is currently the most popular both in the culinary field, but in ordering services it still uses a manual process in its operations. From the food and beverage ordering service process as well as transaction reports, the number of customers who come to order sometimes makes the waiter make mistakes in writing the amount and the service is still less efficient, this is a problem for the waiters at Cibiuk Restaurant. With the increasing development of increasingly high technology, demands for services that are increasingly easy, fast, and practical so as not to depend on notepads. So the purpose of this study is to create a website-based customer service ordering information system using the FCFS method. To make it easier to assist orders in providing First Come First Served services or prioritizing orders that come first is one of the goals of service satisfaction to customers. This researcher collected data using interview and observation techniques at Cibiuk Restaurant. The method used in designing the system is the waterfall method and uses a programming language, namely PHP and MySQL database, with the modeling applied as a prototype. From the results of the design of this service information system, it is hoped that it can help cashiers to be more effective and efficient in terms of time and to improve ordering services at Cibiuk Serang Restaurant.
