STRUCTURAL PLANNING OF THE LEUWI CANTIK BRIDGE WITH PROFILE I GIRDER PRESTRESSED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION Leuwi Cantik Bridge is a bridge located in Ciharashas Village, Cilaku District, the current condition of the bridge is not suitable for use because it is damaged. So this is the background for planning for repairing the superstructure of the bridge. The length of the bridge is 21 meters with a width of 5 meters, for the girder beams using prestressed concrete with a height of 160 cm and the distance between the girder beams is 150 cm. The support poles have dimensions of 40x15 cm with a distance between the poles of 200 cm and a height of 100 cm. The reinforcement used is 4Ø10 mm with stirrup reinforcement 6-150 mm. The vehicle plate has a thickness of 20 cm with the main reinforcement 10-200 mm. The deck slab has dimensions of 100 cm long, 100 cm wide and 7 cm thick with 8-100 mm main reinforcement and 8-250 mm divider reinforcement. The diaphragm beam has a length of 125 cm, a height of 132 cm, and a thickness of 20 cm with 13 mm main reinforcement and 8 mm stirrup reinforcement. For the tendons used as many as 4 tendons with a VSL inch type with a diameter of 12.7 mm and using an E5-10 unit type which has a steel area of 1.53 inc². AbstrakJembatan Leuwi Cantik merupakan jembatan yang terletak di Desa Ciharashas Kecamatan Cilaku, kondisi jembatan saat ini sudah tidak layak untuk digunakan karena sudah rusak. Sehinngga hal itu melatarbelakangi perencanaan perbaikan struktur atas pada jembatan tersebut. Panjang jembatan tersebut adalah 21 meter dengan lebar 5 meter, untuk balok girder menggunakan beton prategang dengan tinggi 160 cm serta jarak antar balok girder 150 cm. Tiang sandaran memiliki dimensi 40x15 cm dengan jarak antar tiang 200 cm dan tinggi tiang 100 cm, tulangan yang digunakan 4Ø10 mm dengan tulangan sengkang Ø6-150 mm. Plat kendaraan memiliki tebal 20 cm dengan tulangan utama Ø10-200 mm. Deck slab memiliki dimensi panjang 100 cm, lebar 100 cm dan tebal 7 cm dengan tulangan utama Ø8-100 mm dan tulangan pembagi Ø8-250 mm. Balok diagfragma memiliki panjang 125 cm, tinggi 132 cm, dan tebal 20 cm dengan tulangan utama Ø13 mm dang tulangan sengkang Ø8 mm. Untuk tendon yang digunakan sebanyak 4 buah tendon dengan tipe VSL ½ inc berdiameter 12,7 mm dan menggunakan jenis unit E5-10 yang memiliki luas baja 1,53 inc².
