Abstract-It is of great importance to explore the current situation of overseas Vietnamese students and policy improvement, in order to improve the management level of overseas Vietnamese students. Research methods like statistical method, inductive method and policy analysis method are applied to conclude the current situation of overseas Vietnamese students, analyze factors influencing the ambition of them and predicaments in studying abroad, and then propose adjusting study-abroad policy of Vietnamese government. It encourages overseas students to study hard and mobilizes them to return home to work, in order to improve the management level of overseas Vietnamese students and promote the development of study-abroad career in Vietnam.
Teacher construction is a long-standing focus of global teacher governance. The construction of a highly qualified and professional higher education teaching force is a source of impetus for the sustainable development of higher education. In-depth systematic analysis of representative macro policies for Chinese university teachers is currently limited. Thus, this study employs the perspective of policy instruments and establishes a two-dimensional analytical framework to examine a key Chinese official teacher policy document to reveal the Chinese government’s policy intentions and instrument use preferences for current higher education teacher development. The aim is to explore the improvement of policy instruments for higher education teacher construction to promote sustainable development in China’s higher education institutions and to contribute Chinese experience to global teacher governance. The results indicate that the ratio of policy instrument use has structural disparities and insufficient appropriateness to the elements of the teacher management process. Environment-oriented policy instruments have been a critical thrust of the current Chinese government’s reform of university teacher development. It is recommended to pay attention to the systemic character of teacher growth and the optimal coordination of content elements and policy instruments to form a governance synergy for the high-quality and sustainable development of higher education.
Artificial intelligence technology is an important transformative force for teaching innovation in the intelligent era. It is being widely used in American school teaching, including the design of intelligent tutoring systems to achieve precise problem solving, the machine learning technology to ensure personalized activity design, the creation of intelligent virtual reality to promote classroom teaching contextualization, and the development of intelligent evaluation systems to ensure the scientific evaluation of capabilities. In the process of advancing the teaching and application of artificial intelligence technology, the United States has built a linkage mechanism of federal leadership, university follow-up, and social collaboration and implemented the smart technology in school teaching and professors’ academic governance. This paper is aimed at studying the professors’ academic governance of American research universities by Internet data mining, historical analysis method, documentary method, survey method, and other methods. Professors’ academic governance is a vital part of the modern university system that causes the institutional reform of the internal governance structure of modern universities. The United States is a powerful country in higher education, and professors in American research universities have always participated in university academic governance for centuries. By studying the definition, history, and development and mode of operation of professors’ academic governance in American research universities, the results indicate a clear division of power and responsibility between the professors and administrators based on an artificial intelligence decision system in American research universities. Also, there is a good communication platform based on artificial intelligence environment for professors to discuss their opinions on academic affairs. Third, professors exercise academic power under the guarantee of diversified guaranteed systems based on the artificial intelligence evaluation system and the ideology of mutual respect based on the artificial intelligence management and service system. Studying the application of artificial intelligence techniques in operating mode and enlightenment of professors’ academic governance in an American research university is of great significance to promote the construction of other modern universities’ professors’ academic governance system.
Abstract-America Babson Commercial College, as a leader in the world's entrepreneurship field, is a model that each country uses for reference. On the basis of defining relevant concept, the paper introduces the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of America Babson College, makes discussion from four aspects of educational idea, curriculum design, teaching methods and assessment system, and at the same time it analyzes the current China's universities and colleges' innovation and entrepreneurship education modes, and then puts forward four improvement suggestions according to China's actual situation and by referring to the successful experience of America Babson Commercial College, which are to update innovation and entrepreneurship education ideas, to construct scientific and reasonable course system, to enhance infiltration and integration with professional education and to establish effective evaluation system of teaching quality.
