Surface wave velocities of crosslinked polyacrylate hydrogels
were measured as a function of water content with different
compositions of sodium polyacrylate (NaPA) and polyacrylic acid (PAA).
The water content and composition dependencies of the surface wave
velocity were discussed.
Enolates. -The Pd-catalyzed allylic substitution of phosphate esters with lithium enolates proceeds regioselectively. Retention of the stereochemistry is observed for the enantiomerically enriched substrate ((R)-I). -(KINOUCHI, W.; SAEKI, R.; KAWASHIMA, H.; KOBAYASHI*, Y.; Tetrahedron Lett. 56 (2015) 17, 2265-2268, http://dx.
A larger quantity of the reactant β‐keto ester or malonate ester than the base KOtBu is required to achieve high yields in the Pd‐catalyzed allylic substitution of cyclopentene‐1,3‐diol monoacetate and its Tbs‐ether.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
