Waves in different sea conditions are simulated by the Bretscheider double parameters spectrum using randomly chosen discrete frequencies as its parameters. Ship motion model of six degrees of freedom is established under the Ship coordinates system. As the ship system is linear, the ship motion under irregular waves can be calculated through the amplitude-frequency response function obtained by solving the model when the input is the superposition of regular waves. Finally according to the coordinate transformation between the ship coordinates system and the missile coordinates system, the motion of the shipboard missiles under excitation of sea waves can be analyzed to support the environmental analysis of its combat duty process.
The reality is that PHM is mostly a matter of the analytic method and process of building tailored and hybrid functional DSS to meet various requirements in field of maintenance and logistics support, not only creating models and algorithms in black box which is philosophical basis of so many PHM universal platforms, especially in the concept and design stage of systems. Some issues under discussions are presented firstly. Then, the critical cases analysis method is described, and the demonstration on the different level of specialized vehicle health management system is shown as human-computer interfaces. Lastly, the preliminary design approach to implement PHM system is presented. In addition, potential difficult points in practice are investigated for R&D of PHM.
The missile launch vehicle is the launch platform of the missile, the reliability level of it directly influences the effectiveness displaying. The goal of synthetic diagnostic and health management was researched, and the framework of synthesis diagnostic and health management system of the missile launch vehicle was designed. The module designing of the system was provided according to the different subsystem, the way of system implementation was designed through the framework of the system, the principle of sensor selection was ensured in the system, the method of monitoring parameter selection was researched in a certain degree, and the key technology and research point for the system designing were analyzed.
