In human conversations, due to their personalities in mind, people can easily carry out and maintain the conversations. Giving conversational context with persona information to a chatbot, how to exploit the information to generate diverse and sustainable conversations is still a non-trivial task. Previous work on persona-based conversational models successfully make use of predefined persona information and have shown great promise in delivering more realistic responses. And they all learn with the assumption that given a source input, there is only one target response. However, in human conversations, there are massive appropriate responses to a given input message. In this paper, we propose a memory-augmented architecture to exploit persona information from context and incorporate a conditional variational autoencoder model together to generate diverse and sustainable conversations. We evaluate the proposed model on a benchmark persona-chat dataset. Both automatic and human evaluations show that our model can deliver more diverse and more engaging personabased responses than baseline approaches.
Electrowetting display technology is realized by tuning the surface energy of a hydrophobic surface by applying a voltage based on electrowetting mechanism. Electrowetting displays have favorable optical properties combined with reflective paper‐like performance. It has been successfully demonstrated in reflective mode with high switching speed. In this paper, we propose a portable driving scheme that can display 4‐bit gray scale dynamic video using an active matrix electrowetting display. The proposed driving scheme includes an electronic system and a dynamic driving waveform design. High‐performance multi‐gray video playing and quick response were obtained for a Quarter Video Graphics Array electrowetting display cell fabricated by our team.
Taking M reservoir of D field as an example, analyzing the development feature of a thick sandstone reservoir in the high water cut stage which is driven by natural water, and studying the distribution law of remaining oil for this reservoir through 3 aspects: sweeping of the edge-bottom water, completeness of the well pattern and barrier of the partial interbed, and expounding the development method and effect of this thick sand reservoir in the high water cut stage through exploiting 3 kinds of remaining oil rich regions as fellows: the region which is not swept by the edge-bottom water; incomplete region of the well pattern and barrier region of the partial interbed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
