The objective of this study was to identify students' interest in Physics in class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Adhyaksa, Jambi City. Student interest plays an important role because if students are interested, the student's learning achievement will also be better. Learning interest itself has an influence on student achievement in physics subjects, with interest in learning will help students understand physics material that is quite abstract. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, using a questionnaire instrument to collect data. The questionnaire used was 30 statements with 30 students as respondents.Based on the research results, it was found that 29 students got pretty good results and as many as 1 person got poor results. With these results it shows that class X MIPA 1 already has sufficient interest in physics subjects. Students who have good enough interests allow them to take concrete actions from their interests, while students who have good interests are expected to have a career in science, especially physics.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 6 Muaro Jambi terhadap mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Dimana penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner atau yang biasa disebut dengan angket secara online kepada peserta didik. Setelah melakukan penyebaran angket dan memperoleh data yang diinginkan, selanjutnya peneliti mengelolah data menggunakan spss dengan teknik desktiprif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini kemudian dijelaskan melalui deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk tabel yang terdiri dari presentase motivasi belajar peserta didik. Adapun perolehan presentase motivasi belajar fisika dari peserta didik kelas X di SMA N 6 Muaro Jambi yaitu 0% yang dapat dikatakan tidak baik, 5% cukup baik, 78,3 % baik, dan 16,7% sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil prosentase motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 6 Muaro Jambi, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMAN 6 Muaro Jambi terhadap mata pelajaran fisika sudah baik..
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran fisika pada materi medan magnet. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Kelas observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah XII IPA SMAN 6 Muaro Jambi. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan Oktober 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian hubungan (interrelationship studies), studi sebab akibat (causal-comparrative). Sample penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XII IPA. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa instrumen tes objektif pilihan ganda materi listrik statis sebanyak 25 butir soal dan instrumen nontes berupa angket respon siwa yaitu angket motivasi sebanyak 25 butir pernyataan. Data hasil instrumen tes dianalisis secara kuantitatif, sedangkan data hasil instrumen nontes dianalisis secara kuantitatif menghasilkan data berupa kuantitatif, menghasilkan data berupa persentase yang kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 dengan melakukan pengujian normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji korelasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan nilai. Abstract – This study aims to see the relationship between student motivation and learning physics on magnetic field material. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi in the academic year 2020/2021. This research took place in October 2020. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The total population was the total students of class XII IPA at SMA Negeri 6 Muaro Jambi. The research instrument used was an objective test instrument of 25 items of magnetic field material choice and a non-test instrument in the form of a student response questionnaire, namely a motivation questionnaire sheet consisting of 25 statements. The data analysis technique used SPSS 23 by testing for normality, homogeneity, and testing. The results of data analysis were tested by normality test and homogeneous test obtained significance of 0.41> 0.005 and 0.79> 0.005 which means that they are normal and homogeneous. Meanwhile, when displayed suddenly a significant value was obtained 0.764> 0.005, which means that there is no effect of the magnetic field student's cognitive learning motivation.
This study aims to identify the learning motivation of class XII IPA students in the physics subject at SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The existence of motivation that each student has is the influence of the factors that occur in students, a high learning environment factor will be highly motivated to learn and will also have a good effect on learning outcomes. The population of this study were students of class XII IPA 1, XII IPA 2 and XII IPA 3 in SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on research criteria. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics where the research method is aimed at describing the existing phenomena without any engineering or manipulation of the situation. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to learn Physics class XII IPA students have good learning motivation. A good education will be good for the environment around us. Good motivation will have a strong spirit in the learning process.
Abstrak – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MIPA terhadap mata pelajaran fisika di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2020 – 12 Oktober 2020 di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 4 dan X MIPA 5 di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Sungai Penuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Descriptive Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar fisika siswa kelas X MIPA memiliki motivasi belajar yang baik. Pada kelas X MIPA 4 siswa memiliki motivasi yang cukup baik dan pada kelas X MIPA 5 siswa memiliki motivasi yang tinggi.
