Base on smelting data from converter sub-lance in a factory, the prediction models for end manganese content in converter were established by Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) and BP Neural Network (BP-NN) respectively. Prediction results showed that, MLR model was easy to set up, but could not accurately describe steelmaking process and its results were unsatisfactory, while BPNN model got more accurate prediction results for end manganese content in converter based on proper selection of model structure, adequate training using sample data and then correct determination of the weights. According to the spot tests, prediction relative error hit rate of 90.38% within ± 10% or 96.15% within ± 15%.
The method of maximizing deviations was carried out for the integrated evaluation of ship Maneuverability in this paper, established the system of integrated evaluation of ship maneuverability, architecture principle of this method and the calculation procedure are illustrated. Applying the method in an integrated evaluation of ship maneuverability for two ship models, the feasibility of the method is proved. It proves that the method of maximizing deviations is maturity in theory as well as precisely and reliably in practice. Providing reference for evaluation of ship maneuverability in engineering design.
In order to better adapt to the change from platform-centric warfare to network-centric warfare, the cooperation and key technologies in command and control are researched. Firstly the concept and connotation on cooperation and cooperative engagement are described. Then, the hierarchy, content and pattern of cooperation in command and control of maritime formation combat under informationization are expounded. Finally the crucial technologies supporting for cooperation in command and control are pointed out. This research provides new ideas and methods for command and control technologies of maritime integrated cooperative engagement.
Disaster assessment of the whole process of unconventional emergency is an important basis for relief. Unconventional emergency is dynamic and evolutionary which is concentrically embodied by diff erence information features and assessment objectives of each stage. Based on above, suitable assessment methods should be used. This paper studies on unconventional emergency information features and disaster assessment objective of each stage; analyzes suitable assessment methods of each stage; summarizes the disaster assessment methods of the whole process of unconventional emergency which is based on information and objectives. Keywords-unconventional emergency; information; assessment objectives; methods of the whole process of unconventional emergency disposals I.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
