Objectives To investigate the immediate psychological effects of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) on medical and non-medical students. Methods An online survey of 805 medical students and 1900 non-medical students was conducted from Feb 4, 2020 to Feb 7, 2020, in China. The questionnaire measured the subjective estimated severity of COVID-19, the impact of the outbreak, and the levels of anxiety and depression of both medical and non-medical students. Results Medical students estimated COVID-19 to be more serious and disastrous than non-medical students, while they scored lower than non-medical students on the Impact of Event Scale-Revised (IES-R), and less severe anxiety and depression than non-medical students. The students experienced greater impact from the outbreak and a higher rate of anxiety and depression with increased time focusing on the outbreak. The difference in psychological effects between medical and non-medical students was further enlarged when focusing time was prolonged. Conclusions The immediate psychological effects of COVID-19 on medical and non-medical students exhibit different characteristics. The outcome of this study provides implication that providing accurate and transparent information about the epidemic and appropriate COVID-19-based knowledge in accessible ways will contribute to the public's mental health during the outbreak.

Methods: Research group selected 25 communities under the jurisdiction of Tianshui Street, Changqing Street and Xiaoying Street in Hangzhou as the typical communities and used literature research method, historical research method, comparative research method, investigation method and so on to carry out research. Results: The typical community home care service possesses the scientificity of the earlier work, the feasibility of better solving problems and the creativity of creating the brand successfully. Conclusion:Research Group analysed the experience of Hangzhou typical communities, puts forward relevant policy suggestions to solve the three problems which are "poor and sickness occurring in aging families simultaneously" and "community resource shortage" and "the quality imbalance of professional cares", realizing the work innovation of "family centered", "community oriented", "vocational services founded".

In 2011, Chinese society has entered an aging society in an all-round way. In 2030, it will overtake Japan and become the country with the highest degree of population aging in the world. Zhejiang and Hangzhou are the first areas in the country and the whole province to enter the aging society. In order to cope with problems of aging society, problems of the high aging of the population and problems of empty nest families, to solve the problem of home care for the elderly, to innovate the service for the elderly, this project selects 25 communities under the jurisdiction of Tianshui Street, Changqing Street and Xiaoying Street in Hangzhou as the typical communities. Project group summarizes the typical experience and exploring newly respite service mode which supports of 9073 mode and 9064 mode with Chinese characteristics and on the basis of long-term care at home. In addition, it also exerts a positive far-reaching impact on sustainable development, economic innovation and harmony and stability of provincial and municipal governments.Most of the western developed countries have entered the aging of population under the background of basically realizing modernization. However, China faces with multiple challenges of aging of population aging, the aged aging and the empty-nest, under the background of unrealized modernization. The research group carried out research on typical communities in Hangzhou, summarized typical experience, explored new respite service mode based on long-term care at home, and solved the problem of home care for the elderly, which played a complementary role in implementing the pension policy of the party and the government.
