The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the Environmental Aspects influencing on rice production in Sub-district of Modayag, to analyze whether the Economics aspect affect on of rice production in Sub-district Modayag and to analyze whether the effect of the technology aspects on rice production in Sub-district of Modayag. The research was conducted on a group of Paddy Rice Farmers in the Sub-district of Modayag, East Mongondow Bolaang District, in March 2015 until December 2016. The colection of primary data conducted after the agricultural extension officer held the extension in January 2016. The study lasted approximately 1 year to examine the changes in the knowledge, skills and attitudes of paddy rice farmers. Retrieving data using questionnaires to 30 (thirty) of respondents from Rice farmers in Sub-district of Modayag. From this study it can be concluded that the extension of an underlying process on Environmental Aspects, Economics and Technology Aspects effect on changes in knowledge, skills and attitudes of paddy farmers in the Sub-district of Modayag. The third aspect of the existing namely Environmental Aspects, Economics and Technology Aspects of the most influential in the process of agricultural extension is Economics.
Background: The Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach (PIS-PK) is one of the Puskesmas' efforts to increase target coverage and increase community access. PIS-PK is implemented based on 12 existing indicators. However, the implementation of PIS-PK has not been maximized and various problems are still found, including in the Tabrauw Regency, West Papua. The purpose of this study is to evaluate PIS-PK in the working area of the Kwoor Health Center, Tambrauw Regency, West Papua in 2020. Methode: The method used in this research is the mixed method. The research was carried out in the working area of the Kwoor Health Center, Tambrauw Regency, West Papua in 2020. The focus of this research is on policy factors, human resources and funds, infrastructure, the process of recording and data collection and the implementation of PIS-PK. This study involved 3 informants and 30 respondents. Informants obtained data based on interview guidelines through in-depth interviews. Respondent data obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis using content analysis method (qualitative) and univariate analysis (quantitative). Result: The results of this study indicate that the policy in implementing PIS-PK at the Kwoor Health Center has been implemented but still has shortcomings in determining the implementing team at the puskesmas level and there is no PIS-PK roadmap in Tambrauw Regency. Human resources and funds in the implementation of PIS-PK at the Kwoor Health Center are available but are still inadequate. The infrastructure facilities in the implementation of PIS-PK at the Kwoor Health Center are still not optimal because they are constrained by the RKA and ASPAK filling. The process of recording and collecting family health data in the implementation of PIS-PK at the Kwoor Health Center has not been carried out properly due to lack of manpower, funds, and unstable network constraints. Most of the 12 PIS-PK indicators have been implemented, but special attention needs to be paid to the indicators that no family has access to clean water facilities, families who are members of JK, family members who do not smoke, families who take family planning, and give birth in health facilities whose implementation still low. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of PIS-PK in the working area of the Kwoor Health Center, Tambrauw Regency, West Papua in 2020 has not gone well so that efforts are needed to improve the implementation of PIS-PK.
The research aimed was to know the combination effect of NAA and BAP to callus and shoots induction of the explants bud of broccoli on Murashige and Skoog Medium. The research design used Completed Randomized Design in Factorial, which consisted of two treatments combination, i.e: NAA 0; 0,1 ; 1 ppm and BAP 0 ; 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; ppm. Each treatmen was repeated in three times. The observed variables were time of callus formation, time of shoot formation, high of shoot, and total shoot added to MS: Analisys of Varians. The result showed that combination of NAA and BAP influenced significantly the shoot height and the time of shoot formation however not to the total shoot of explant bud. Combination of NAA 1 ppm and BAP 3 ppm was excellent for height shoot however for the number of shoot was combination of NAA 0,1 ppm and BAP 5 ppm, and the time of shoot was on BAP 2 ppm. Callus was not formed on combination of NAA and BAP.
Objectives of the study were to determine the effects of the several dosage of bokashi live stock fertilizer on growth and yield of three varieties of tomatos as well as the interaction between both factors. This research was conducted in October 2016 until February 2017 in experimental garden of Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Klabat Airmadidi Manado. The research conducted from October 2016 to February 2017. Factors studied were 1) types of bokashi fertilizer, consisted of 4 levels: dosage 10 ton in ha, 15 ton in ha, 20 ton in ha and 25 ton in ha manure and 2) varieties of tomatoes, consisted of three types: Tantyna F1, Tombatu F1 and Betavila F1. Variables observed were (1) growth variables consists of plant height, stem diameter, leave numbers at ages 30, 40, 50 and 90 days after transplanting (DAT), flower numbers, brance production numbers and bunches fruit numbers at ages 30, 40 and 50 days after transplanting (DAT), (2) yield variables consists of fruit numbers, fruit weight and fruit diameter for 5 times of harvest at age 60, 65, 70, 75 and 80 days after transplanting (DAT). The experiment was designed factorially in a randomized block design with three plants as replicates. Data were analyzed by multiform analysis and continued with 5% BNJ.The research showed that the best plant growth was found at the combination of varietas betavila F1- chicken manure, it means the best growth were found at Betavila F1 varietas.
A Randomized complete design was use with four replication on each treatment. The treatments were 0; 7,5; 10 and 12,5 ppm. The variables of observed were total shoot, shoot height, and total leaves. The data was analysis using analysis of variance. The result showed that there significant diffrences on variable total shoot and leaves total. However, there was not significant difference on shoot height.
