We proposed a simple flow-injection spectrophotometric procedure for the determination of yttrium using Arsenazo III and optimized various conditions (pH for color formation and sample, buffer systems, Arsenazo III concentration, injection volume, flow-rate, and
mixing coils). The calibration was linear at least up to 1 mgY/L, with a detection limit (3r) of 0.02 mgY/L, RSD of 0.8% (n ס 11 at 0.40 mgY/L). A throughput of 60 injections h1מ can be achieved. The procedure was applied to ore leachates of reference materials and samples.
This work presents the use of a 96-well plate as headspaces for the determination of ascorbic acid in samples loaded in the 96-well. Ascorbic acid in the sample is oxidized...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
