The purpose of this study is to examine the role of change readiness in mediating the effects of ambidextrous organization and authentic followership on innovative performance. The result of this study indicate that authentic followership, ambidextrous organization and change readiness directly influenced on innovative performance. The mediating role of change readiness did not significantly influence on relationship between authentic followership and innovative performance. Meanwhile, the mediating role of change readiness significantly influenced on the relationship between ambidextrous organization and innovative performance. The study emphasizes on the strength of the organization ambidexterity and authentic followership for successes of the innovative performance mediated by change readiness.
This paper discusses about the oil losses due to emulsion, flash, and mixing oil phenomena that frequently happened in the oil and gas companies. The goals of this work are to calculate the emulsion and vapor correction volumes, shrinkage correction volume of the mixture of two or more crude oils with different densities, and to compare between the common proportional method that usually utilized in petroleum industries and the new proposed stratified method for determining of sharing oil losses. The mixing of crude oils from 7 shippers in Krisna field would be used as a case study, and the equation of API 12.3 was chosen to calculate a shrinkage correction volume. Oils from shippers S1, S2, and S3 were first mixed together in TANK-1 of the 1st station; the mixed oil of TANK-1 was then transported to the next station and stored in the TANK-2 and mixed with other oils from shippers S4 and S5; and finally, the mixed oil of TANK-2 was transported to the final station and stored in the TANK-3 and mixed with other oils from shippers S6 and S7. The proportional method gave almost the same shrinkage correction factor (SCF) for all shippers about 0.20%, while stratified method resulted SCF in between 0.05 and 0.31%. Based on our analysis, more often oil mixes with others its volume would be more decreased. The stratified method is therefore recommended to determine sharing oil losses since it gives a fair result.
Namun, faktor risiko yang bermakna secara statistik yaitu umur (OR=2,032;95%CI=1,309-3,154), pekerjaan (OR=3,868; 95% CI=2,00-7,48), lama tinggal di daerah endemis (OR=1,848; 95% CI=1,043-3,273), kebersihan lingkungan (OR=1,810;95%CI=1,154-2,839), dan penggunaan obat anti nyamuk (OR=8,183;95%CI=4,988–13,422).
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of service quality, image and trust in satisfaction and its impact on Syari’ah Bank customer loyalty in Palembang, Province of South Sumatra. The research design in this study used causal analysis which explained correlation variables of 3 Syari’ah Banks with 250 people as banking clients in Palembang. The sample selection used simple random sampling. This dissertation draft used primary data from questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The method of research used descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the customer satisfaction had significant impact on customer loyalty, customer trust had significant impact on customer satisfaction, customer trust had not significant impact on customer loyalty, service quality had significant impact on customer trust, service quality has significant impact on customer satisfaction, service quality had significant impact on customer loyalty, service quality had significant impact on Syari’ah Bank Image, Syari’ah Bank image had significant impact on customer trust, Syari’ah Bank image had no significant impact on customer satisfaction, and Syari’ah Bank image had no significant impact on customer satisfaction. The descriptive analysis showed that the level of service quality, image, trust, satisfaction and customer loyalty had a positive level.
Tourism is one of the flagship programs of the Indonesian government. One of the tourism sector that is currently heavily promoted is a tourist village. Tourism Village Kembang Arum is a rural area that has some special characteristics that deserve to be a tourist destination. In this region the population still has a tradition and culture that is still relatively original. In addition, several supporting factors such as typical food, agricultural systems, and social systems also color a tourist village area. Other problems identified in the initial study are: Lack of ownership and low community involvement, Packaging less attractive tour packages and "selling". Not yet realized the infrastructure that supports information technology. Lack of attractive promotions. aesthetic and communicative. Solutions to overcome the problem are: Need to rebranding Desa Wisata Kembang Arum to improve the image, credibility, and profesonalisme; Increased integrated promotion through conventional media and social media websites, webblogs, facebook, tweeter and instagram; All local potentials and features such as traditional food culinary, traditional arts, traditional game-based outbound are improved, and integrated in the Arum Tourist Village Tour package.
