Although the government of Indonesia is building the cashless society, the number of e-wallet users are increasing slowly. E-wallet is becoming a common instrument of payments from the paper-based instruments to server-based electronic money. The aim of this research is to investigate the perceived usage of the Y Generations on e-wallet based on Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) which is a powerful model to describe single approval to the usage of a new information technology system. As a quantitative research, the data analysis is using the Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use brings impacts positive significant impacts to behavioural intention to use, then, the behavioural intention to use affect a positive significant impact to perceived usage. However, a direct effect from perceived usefulness to perceived usage shows a negative and no significant impact, meanwhile an unintended effect from perceived usefulness to perceived usage through behavioural intention to use show a positive significant impact. Finally, a direct effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage shows a lower t-statistic value than an indirect effect from perceived ease of use to perceived usage through behavioural intention
The company builds communication and collaboration with suppliers and customers to increase competitiveness in the supply chain flow. The organization's ability to involve suppliers and customers in business activities to achieve efficiency and effectiveness is one of the objectives of supply chain practice. The distribution of questionnaires directly to hotel practitioners was 25 respondents, and 65 respondents obtained the distribution of google form links. The results showed that supply chain practices with supplier relationship management and quality information sharing activities could increase internal and upstream integration and not directly impact downstream integration. Internal integration with data integration activities accurately and coordination between functions on an ongoing basis can affect upstream and downstream integration and green hotel performance. Upstream integration and downstream integration with joint decision activities and planning synchronization with external parties can directly impact green hotel performance. They were increasing the market share and image of the hotel with the implementation of caring for the environment. This research contributes to hotel practitioners adopting practical supply chains in building internal and external integration to increase competitiveness and theoretical contribution to developing supply chain theory and green performance.
With the increasing numbers of organizations that implement the project management approach, there is an increasing interest of the key users to become the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project manager. The project managers must possess roles and competencies to boost the organizational performance of a company. The implementation and development of ERP in the company are determined by the capabilities and expertise of the project manager. The project manager's competency is used to implement both ERP and Total Quality Management (TQM). Many companies implement ERP and Total Quality Management (TQM) that require managers to have reliable competencies, therefore, many companies seek and retrieve personnel from other companies who have sufficient competence. This research has three main problems, first of all, the influence of ERP project manager competence to improve the process design and the quality performance. Second, the influence of process design on company quality performance, and finally, the improvement of process design and quality performance are able to improve to the company performance. Based on the results of questionnaires distributed to 46 manufacturing companies, it is obtained that the project manager's competency has a positive and significant impact on the design process with 0.730, and on the quality performance with 0.553. Then, the design process has an impact but not significant to the quality performance of 0.164. Finally, it is found that the quality performance has a positive and significant impact on the performance with 0.466 and the process design had positive and significant effect on the performance with 0.692.
Generation cohorts have different tendencies in purchase behaviors, especially the Generation X and the Generation Y. Although the age gap between these two generation cohorts is not wide, the Generation X has distinctive purchase behaviors that are different from the Generation Y. In the fashion business, the Generation X consumers do not consider the brands in purchasing their clothes, but they calculate the benefits in buying a clothing product. However, the Generation Y consumers consider it as a part of their social status, therefore, they position themselves in the middle class or the upper class by what they wear. The aim of this research is to investigate the different purchase behaviors of the Generation X and Y in buying fast fashion products in Surabaya. The purchase behaviors are reflected through such variables as shopping orientation, status consumption, and impulse buying. As this is a quantitative research, the data are collected using questionnaires that are distributed to 100 respondents. The respondents are chosen using the purposive sampling technique. Then, the data are tested for the validity, reliability, normality, and homogeneity. To test the hypothesis, the independent samples t-test is used. The results show that the differences between the Generation X and the Generation Y are significant in their shopping orientation and impulse buying. However, there are no significant differences in the status consump-tions.
