The hotel industry is in a state of perpetual change due to the emergence of covid-19, high competition, and the economic crisis. Based on that situation, this research study discusses the effects of Job Insecurity and Job Stress on Turnover Intention and also the mediating role of Job Stress. A total of 150 surveys were conducted in stars hotel in DKI Jakarta by adapting non-probability sample using purposive sampling technique. This research study was used the Structural Equation Model and processed with Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) software to test the hypotheses in a mediation model with the bootstrapping method. The result presents that job insecurity was insignificant toward turnover intention while job stress was positive and significant toward turnover intention, job insecurity was positive and significant toward job stress, and mediating relationship was also confirmed.
