Immunization is an attempt to actively generate or enhance a person's immunity to a disease, so that when exposed to the disease will not experience pain or only mild illness. Immunization program for baby aims to make every baby get immunization basic complete. The successfull of baby in obtaining basic immunization can be measured by complete basic immunization indicator (IDL). Basic immunization status on the children can be influenced by several factors associated with people behavior. Cadre's support is one of the important factors in immunization activities so that Posyandu activities can work as on schedule. Jelbuk and Klatakan public health center have complete basic immunization coverage lowest in Jember district in 2015 and 2016 years. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of cadre’s support in the complete basic immunization. This research used analytic observational with cross Sectional analysis design. The location of this research was in the working area Jelbuk and Klatakan public health center on August – September 2017. The data was collected from 100 mothers who has children aged 12-23 months. Sampling method was using cluster random sampling. The results of this research by the logistic regression test showed that cadre support has an influence on complete basic immunization with p-value= 0,013. Therefore, its recommended for cadres to improve public education about complete basic immunization so that complete basic immunization coverage may increase.<br/> Keywords : Cadre’s Support, Complete Basic Immunization
This thesis discusses the behavior of elementary school student snacks consumption. Based on the facts in the field shows that 78% of children consume snacks in the school environment (BPOM, 2008). Food snacks that contain fat, energy, and high salt must be limited, because it can provide excessive energy intake, resulting in an increase in the risk of over nutrition that causes one of the triggers for degenerative diseases such as stroke, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease and so forth. Besides consuming foods that are not good hygiene level can cause interference with the digestive tract, for example typhus, mutah, nausea, diarrhea and so forth (Yuliastuti, 2012)Therefore this study discusses the description of the behavior of consumption of snacks and factors related to the behavior of consumption of snacks. The design of this study was cross sectional. The population in this study was all students in grades IV, V, and VI at SDN I Purwoharjo with a sample of 72 students. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. This study uses the Spearman Rank test. Based on the results of the R test sig. R count 0,000 < 0.05, i.e. there is a relationship between variable student characteristics (including gender, knowledge), allowance, parental characteristics (including parental education, parents' occupation) with snack consumption behavior. From this research it is expected to provide information and increase students' knowledge, to choose and consume snacks properly and correctly. Keywords: children school, snack, snacks consumption behavior.
The immunization program for infants aims to get every baby to get a complete basic immunization. Basic immunization status in children can be influenced by several factors related to community behavior towards immunization. The role of mothers in the immunization program is very important because in general, the parenting responsibility is given to parents, especially mothers. The Jelbuk and Klatakan health centers have the lowest complete basic immunization coverage in Jember in 2015 and 2016. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of maternal behavior in basic immunization in children aged 12-23 months. This type of research is analytic observational with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted in the working area of the Health Centers in Jelbuk and Klatakan in August-September 2017. Data collected from 100 mothers who had children aged 12-23 months. The sampling method is cluster random sampling. The results of the study using logistic regression tests showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes affected the basic immunization status of children aged 12-23 months with p-values of 0.002 and 0,000, respectively. Knowledge and attitude of the mother are factors that can influence the completeness of basic immunization, therefore it is recommended to health workers to improve health promotion, especially about immunization so that basic immunization coverage can be increased and the risk of diseases that can be prevented by immunization can be reduced.
