ABSTRAKJamur tiram (Pleurotus ostreatus) merupakan salah satu jenis jamur konsumsi yang diminati masyarakat. Tujuannya adalah mengkaji kelayakan usaha dari pengolahan jamur tiram segar menjadi kaldu jamur pada Payung Putih. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analisis SWOT, analisis finansial dan non-finansial. Payung Putih merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha budi daya jamur tiram di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Alternatif strategi yang didapat yaitu mengkaji kelayakan usaha untuk peningkatan nilai tambah jamur tiram menjadi kaldu jamur. Selama menjalankan usahanya, terdapat hasil panen yang tidak mampu diserap pasar dan belum ada perlakuan lain. Salah satu cara meningkatkan nilai tambah jamur tiram, yaitu dengan cara diolah menjadi kaldu jamur. Kandungan asam glutamat alami pada jamur tiram dapat memberikan cita rasa gurih pada masakan. Berdasarkan analisis non finansial, dilihat dari perencanaan pasar dan pemasaran sudah memiliki target pasar yang jelas, perencanaan organisasi dan manajemen terdapat pembagian kerja antar tenaga kerja, perencanaan sumber daya manusia tersedianya tenaga kerja, dan perencanaan kolaborasi yaitu adanya pemasok dan pemasar. Dari kriteria kelayakan secara finansial dilihat dari nilai NPV sebesar Rp 93 610 380, IRR = 59,95%, Net B/C = 4,54, Gross B/C = 1,14, dan payback period selama 2 tahun 9 bulan, usaha kaldu jamur ini dapat dikatakan layak, karena semua kriteria kelayakan memiliki nilai di atas kriteria. Berdasarkan analisis switching value, batas maksimum yang dapat ditoleransi agar usaha tetap layak yaitu penurunan produksi sebesar 12,73%, sehingga bila perusahaan akan menjalankan usaha ini harus bisa mencegahan penurunan produksi lebih dari 12,73%, salah satu upaya untuk mencegahnya dengan melakukan peningkatan promosi.Kata kunci : jamur tiram, kaldu jamur, kelayakan usaha ABSTRACTOyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one type of mushroom consumption that people are interested in. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada pelaku UMKM di Kelompok Tani Barokah tentang pentingnya peranan kemasan dan desain label kemasan dalam peningkatan nilai jual produk olahan singkong. Selama ini, produk yang dihasilkan masih belum memaksimalkan fungsi kemasan. Sehingga manfaat kemasan yang dapat melindungi produk, dapat memperpanjang umur simpan ataupun dapat meningkatkan nilai jualnya belum diperoleh secara optimal.  Oleh karena itu perlu diberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM di Kelompok Tani Barokah bahwa kemasan yang baik dan menarik dapat meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode demontrasi dan penyuluhan yang meliputi: (1) memberikan pemahaman tentang jenis dan karakteristik kemasan pangan serta fungsinya dalam melindungi produk pangan, (2) memberikan informasi tentang pentingnya label pangan yang benar sesuai peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) dan menarik. Dalam penyuluhan, penggunaan kemasan dan label pangan ini diaplikasikan pada produk diversifikasi olahan singkong Cassava Strip Pastry.  Luaran hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta tentang tentang kemasan dan label pangan. Hal ini terlihat pada peningkatan nilai post-test hingga 60 %. Diharapkan peningkatan pemahaman ini akan meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM di Kelompok Tani Barokah dalam menghasilkan produk olahan singkong bernilai jual tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi produk unggulan di Desa Benteng, Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor.
The aim of the research is study examines the determinants of social entrepreneurship. These variables are characteristics of reform agents, characteristics of technology and innovation, communication channels, community dialogue, and collective action so that they can shape changes in behavior related to the creation of social entrepreneurship in the MHP program. This study used a mixed methods approach. Samples were taken of 200 people, processing and analysis data using SEM-PLS. The results of the SEM analysis show three structural equations, (1) depicting that X1 has a significant direct effect on Y1 (0.248) and X2 (0.518). This factor is dominant in the field because the characteristics of technology and innovation provide opportunities for social innovation. Equation (2) shows that Y1 influences Y2 (0.292), this shows that in community dialogue, the community invited to choose who will manage and maintain the turbine. Equation (3) Y1 has a direct effect on the level of social entrepreneurship (0.671), while Y2 has a negative effect (-0.199). The reason is almost 90 percent of the public when there is a communication dialogue in a large meeting, accepts a decision if there is already someone who is considered far more understanding. Community dialogue influenced by the characteristics of change agents as well as the characteristics of technology and innovation. Collective action are influenced by the support of community dialogue, while social entrepreneurship is influenced by communication dialogue and collective action. Community dialogue and collective action are driving forces for citizens to make changes in social entrepreneurship.
Urban farming is an activity of using unproductive land into productive land in the yard of the house. Urban farming can contribute to food security, hope food patterns, increase people's income and as a means of channeling hobbies. Urban farming is an alternative in increasing the productivity of home gardens to increase hopeful food patterns and reduce the cost of daily consumption expenditures for households. This study aims to determine the public perception of urban farming and to determine the contribution of urban farming to the decrease in daily consumption costs. This research was conducted in Margajaya Village, West Bogor District, Bogor City. Descriptive statistics are used to determine people's perceptions of urban farming while inferential statistics are used to test the hypothesis that urban farming can reduce household daily consumption costs by 5 percent. The results showed that people who understand about urban farming as much as 87.23%. The results of testing the hypothesis that the portion of daily consumption cost reduction of more than 5 percent can be accepted at the 95% confidence level. This indicates that urban farming has an important role from an economic perspective. Socialization of urban farming programs is a necessity, to increase food security, it has the potential to increase people's income and reduce poverty in urban areas
Many farmers are interested in planting chrysanthemums because of its beautiful colors. The allocation of land resources, raw materials, machinery, capital and labor which is now done by farmers, is relatively not able to meet the desired target. It demonstrates that the use of resources is not optimal and it will have an impact on the level of benefits received. The result of the data processing was: the Chrysanthemum production rate, based on the optimization results, illustrated that the recommended type of chrysanthemum to be produced was only the standard type, because it increased the revenue for companies. Company A produced 486.11 bunches of chrysanthemum for Rp 1,701,389 per growing season, company B produced 277.77 bunches for Rp 972,222 per growing season, company C produced 150 bunches for Rp 450,000 per growing season, and company D produced 250 bunches for Rp 750,000 per growing season. The resource or factor of production that was totally applied on the optimum condition was the green house land resources, which is a limiting resource; but other resources was excessive or not a limiting resource. The usage or availability of limiting resource could be improved to increase the profit of the company. The environmental changes can affect the company's revenue, to see how big the changes which didn’t change the optimal conditions were. It was generated by looking at the results of the sensitivity analysis. Sensitivity analysis of the objective coefficient value which was obtained for the standard type of chrysanthemum, the allowed increase in gross profit was infinity, while the allowed decrease in gross profit was when it approached the value of the gross profit.Keyword: chrysanthemum, primal analysis, dual analysis, sensitivity analysis
