- Queue is an activity that is often encountered not only in commercial activities, even RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat engaged in services for the community also experienced the same thing. This needs to be considered and handled properly by the manager by taking anticipatory actions, because if it is not immediately resolved, then the community can feel unsatisfied with the services provided. Related to these problems, this study was conducted with the aim to determine the effectiveness of the number of counters at the time of service and make a simulation model of the drug collection queue system at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat to get alternative system improvements, where the simulation model was made using PHP and MySQL. The simulation model made can provide information about the number of people served and the average waiting time of a particular time unit. From the analysis carried out on the simulation model, the alternative improvements that can be proposed are by setting the Monte Carlo method queue model as the queue model that will be used. From the results of the analysis carried out and by implementing it into PHP and MySQL the queue model of the Monte Carlo method is more optimal and efficient. It is seen from the average waiting time in the system to be served at the RSI drug collection counter. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan bagi masyarakat juga mengalami hal yang sama. Hal ini perlu diperhatikan dan ditangani dengan baik oleh pengelola dengan melakukan tindakan-tindakan antisipasi, karena jika tidak segera terselesaikan, maka masyarakat bisa merasa tidak terpuaskan dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Terkait dengan permasalahan tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifitas jumlah loket pada saat pelayanan dan membuat model simulasi dari sistem antrian pengambilan obat di loket pengambilan obat RSI. Ibnu Sina Pasaman Barat untuk mendapatkan alternatif-alternatif perbaikan sistem, dimana model simulasinya dibuat dengan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL.Model simulasi yang dibuat dapat memberikan informasi mengenai jumlah masyarakat yang dilayani dan rata-rata waktu tunggu masyarakat satuan waktu tertentu. Dari analisa yang dilakukan terhadap model simulasi, alternatif perbaikan yang dapat diusulkan yaitu dengan menetapkan model antrian metode monte carlo sebagai model antrian yaang akan digunakan. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan dan dengan mengimplementasikan kedalam PHP dan MySQL model antrian metode monte carlo lebih optimal dan efisien digunakan dilihat dari rata-rata waktu tunggu dalam sistem untuk dilayani pada loket pengambilan obat RSI. Logika Fuzzy adalah suatu cara yang tepat untuk memetakan suatu ruang input ke dalam ruang output. Untuk sistem yang sangat rumit, penggunaan logika fuzzy (fuzzy logic) adalah salah satu pemecahannya. Sistem tradisional dirancang untuk mengontrol keluaran tunggal yang berasal dari beberapa masukan yang tidak saling berhubungan. Karena ketidaktergantungan ini, penambahan masukan yang baru akan memperumit proses kontrol dan membutuhkan proses perhitungan kembali dari semua fungsi . Kebalikannya, penambahan masukan baru pada sistem fuzzy, yaitu sistem yang bekerja berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip logika fuzzy, hanya membutuhkan penambahan fungsi keanggotaan yang baru dan aturan-aturan yang berhubungan dengannya.Secara umum, sistem fuzzy sangat cocok untuk penalaran pendekatan terutama untuk sistem yang menangani masalah-masalah yang sulit didefinisikan dengan menggunakan model matematis Misalkan, nilai masukan dan parameter sebuah sistem bersifat kurang akurat atau kurang jelas, sehingga sulit mendefinisikan model matematikanya.Sistem fuzzy mempunyai beberapa keuntungan bila dibandingkan dengan sistem tradisional, misalkan pada jumlah aturan yang dipergunakan. Pemrosesan awal sejumlah besar nilai menjadi sebuah nilai derajat keanggotaan pada sistem fuzzy mengurangi jumlah nilai menjadi sebuah nilai derajat keanggotaan pada sistem fuzzy mengurangi jumlah nilai yang harus dipergunakan pengontrol untuk membuat suatu keputusan. Keuntungan lainnya adalah sistem fuzzy mempunyai kemampuan penalaran yang mirip dengan kemampuan penalaran manusia. Hal ini disebabkan karena sistem fuzzy mempunyai kemampuan untuk memberikan respon berdasarkan informasi yang bersifat kualitatif, tidak akurat, dan ambigu. Traditional systems are designed to control a single output that comes from multiple unrelated inputs. Because of this independence, adding new inputs will complicate the control process and require recalculation of all functions. On the other hand, adding a new input to a fuzzy system, namely a system that works based on the principles of fuzzy logic, only requires the addition of new membership functions and the rules associated with it. In general, fuzzy systems are very suitable for reasoning approaches, especially for systems that handle Problems that are difficult to define using a mathematical model For example, the input values and parameters of a system are less accurate or unclear, making it difficult to define the mathematical model. Fuzzy systems have several advantages when compared to traditional systems, for example in the number of rules used. Initial processing of a large number of values into a membership degree value in the fuzzy system reduces the number of values to a membership degree value in the fuzzy system reducing the number of values the controller must use to make a decision. Another advantage is that fuzzy systems have reasoning abilities similar to human reasoning abilities. This is because the fuzzy system has the ability to respond based on information that is qualitative, inaccurate, and ambiguous.
An information system is already a necessity by a school in running a better administrative system. The administrative information system using information technology with the help of computers is very helpful in the smooth operation of the school. One of the school's operations that is the principal for supporting operations is the payment of Educational Development Contributions (SPP). A more effective and efficient tuition payment procedure can streamline all school operational activities. This study aims to improve the administration of tuition payments with a whatsapp gateway-based system. This system can perform all SPP payment procedures on a mobile or mobile basis. The data processed in this study were sourced from the administration system for paying tuition fees at Mukomuko High School (SMA). The system uses PHP programming language tools and MySQL database. The result of this research is a computerized SPP payment administration system. So that the school administration can control tuition payments more effectively and efficiently. So that this system is very precise and fast in the administration of tuition payments and becomes a reference for other administrations in order to assist the administrative process and improve time efficiency and provide the right information.
The Karate sport is a kind of sport that is quite popular today. All regions in Indonesia are racing to improve the performance of their karate athletes. Various developments were carried out to be able to improve karate sports achievements. This research will later be used as a benchmark for developing and realizing good sports performance, especially in the karate by using the concept of data mining. To apply the concept of Data Mining, one way that can be done is to implement the C4.5 algorithm. C4.5 algorithm or also called decision tree algorithm, is a very strong and well-known classification and prediction method. The application of the concept of data mining with C4.5 algorithm is done by analyzing what factors support the achievement of karate sports. After that, the C4.5 algorithm is calculated to find out what is the most decisive factor in the development of karate sports achievements. This aims to maximize the role of these achievement supporting factors. The results of this study are expected to provide great benefits for the development and improvement of the achievements of karate athletes in West Sumatra.
