This research aimed to describe the implementation of the curriculum "Faith before Qur'an and Manners before Knowledge" on Children at an early age and to find out whether “learning through play” is implemented in Kuttab Al-Fatih. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentations, then analyzed and presented through descriptive techniques. The result shows that Kuttab integrates the internal curriculum with thematic learning of K13 of Early Childhood Education. The curriculum of Kuttab is supported by parents' participation. In the implementation of curriculum, faith and manners are firstly built when children enroll in kuttab and continuously strengthened during the learning process. Faith is built through stories and based on the method of delivering verses in the Qur'an. "Manners before Knowledge" is implemented through manners of education management, educating teachers as role models of manners, and preparation of student's manners before learning. The concept of "learning through play" is not implemented in Kuttab because learning has its manners.
This research aims to improve the creativity skill of children at early age through play by using plasticine in the group of B2 at TK IT Salsabila Samarinda. The type of the research is classroom action research with three cycles. The aspects assessed on the children’s creativity skill are fluency, originality, flexibility and detail. The result of the classroom action research shows an improvement on the children’s creativity skill through plasticine media during the pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II, and clycle III. The children’s creativity skill on the pre-cycle is 9% with undeveloped or poor category and 27% on the cycle I with undeveloped or poor category. Then, on the cycle II it increases to 47% with developing or fair category and on the cycle III it becomes 93% with well-developed or very good category. It shows that play by using plasticine can improve the creativity of children at early age.
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya mahasiswa yang masih belum mengimplementasikan hukum bacaan tajwid dalam bacaan Al-Qur'an mereka, meskipun mereka telah mendapatkan bimbingan membaca Al-Qur'an yang baik dan benar sehingga masih banyak bacaan Al-Qur'an yang salah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bimbingan Al-Qur'an terhadap hukum tajwid pada bacaan Al-Qur'an Mahasiswa KKI di Kampus IAIN Samarinda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh Mahasiswa KKI yang berjumlah 45 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 33 responden dengan menggunakan sample slovin dengan standar error 10%. hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara bimbingan Al-Qur'an terhadap hukum tajwid pada bacaan Al-Qur'an Mahasiswa Kelas Khusus Internasional apabila dilihat dari uji hipotesis dengan menguji signifikansi menggunakan rumus uji t, dari variabel bimbingan al-qur’an memiliki nilai signifikansi 0.013 di mana nilai signifikan dari variabel bimbingan al-qur’an lebih besar dari 0.05 atau 0.013 > 0.05 dan diperoleh nilai thitung 2.054 > ttabel 1.69389, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya variabel bimbingan al-qur’an berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel hukum tajwid pada bacaan al-qur’an mahasiswa KKI.
A face to face instruction or lecture could not always be held for spontaneous activities such as a sudden meeting, faculty’s or institute’s activities or students’ activities which collide with the schedule. Teaching and learning activities become less effective since the lecture plans that have been set through the Semester Learning Plan could not run as planned and it influences the learning outcomes. Therefore, it needs an alternative solution that is utilizing e-learning using Edmodo because it is easy and familiar to use.This research is a pre-experimental design (non-design) using one-group pretest-posttest research design. The number of the samples was 76 students from IAIN Samarinda and STAI Sangatta. The instruments were pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires.The result of this research indicates that Edmodo based e-learning at PTKI in East Kalimantan is effective for the learning process. The two sample paired sign test towards pre-test and post-test shows that Z score is -7.330 with sig. of 0.000 and since sig. of 0.000 < 0.05, it means effective. In addition, the analysis towards questionnaires filled out by students show that Edmodo based e-learning at PTKI in East Kalimantan is effective for learning, with score percentage of 81.25% that has a very strong Score Interpretation Criteria.
