This article is result from a questionnaire about mobile app store usage. The objective of this work was to collect information about user needs and opinion regarding search, purchase and evaluation process in Android Market, Apple App Store, BlackBerry App World and Nokia Ovi Store. The data collected was analyzed to identify the positive and negative usability aspects, if the process to perform these task are any different in those stores and if the users are satisfy with their store or if they have any complains about it. Its covers the brazilian market only.
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar problemas e desafios enfrentados ao se avaliar a satisfação de uso de jogos de Realidade Virtual. Utilizamos como objeto a avaliação dos jogos Angest e Dead Body Falls, dois Walking Simulator desenvolvidos pelo Black River Studios. Através da aplicação e adaptação de abordagens qualitativas, conforme descrito, conseguimos tratar dos desafios desse tipo de avaliação. Por fim, listamos os ganhos no nível tático, estratégico e operacional a partir dessa pesquisa e quais as considerações para a área de IHC.
The objective of this research was to evaluate the process of purchase, search and evaluation of apps in the two main mobile stores available in Brazil, Google Play Store and iPhone App Store. It takes place in Brazil, from September to October of 2012. Sixteen users were selected based on a socio-demographic profile. The results helped to evaluate the overall opinion and attitude of the Brazilian users regarding each system. The debriefing confirmed issues in both stores, some similar between them but others quite particular. It also helped to indentify some minor's preferences regarding each task in each store.
