Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak menyeluruh bagi kehidupan manusia, tak terkecuali dunia pariwisata. Berbagai kebijakan pemerintah untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus Covid 19 seperti membatasi ruang gerak masyarakat telah berdampak pada turunnya jumlah kunjungan wisata di Indonesia. Selain itu, ditutupnya akses wisata, semakin memperpuruk kondisi pariwisata di Indonesia. Padahal, sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor strategis nasional yang memiliki dampak ganda pada industri-industri turunan yang terbentuk di bawahnya seperti penginapan, rumah makan, jasa transportasi dan lain-lain. Dampak kondisi itu juga sangat dirasakan pengelola dan warga desa wisata AlasSumur, Kec.Pujer, Kab.Probolinggo. Desa Wisata yang baru dibuka 2017 lalu itu nyaris tak ada pengunjung selama pandemi. Padahal, sebelumnya mampu menghadirkan sekitar 500 orang pengunjung setiap harinya. Untuk meminimalisir dampak pandemi bagi desa wisata AlasSumur, konsep wisata digital yang dicanangkan Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif pada masa pandemi dapat dilakukan melalui media sosial, salah satunya yaitu Instagram. Instagram banyak digunakan sebagai media promosi namun pemanfaatan itu banyak tidak disadari masyarakat desa wisata AlasSumur, Kec.Pujer, Kab.Probolinggo, hal ini terlihat dari belum adanya sosial media yang secara khusus dikelola sebagai media promosi. Sehingga melalui pelatihan penggunaan Instagram sebagai sarana promosi digital Desa Wisata AlasSumur diharapkan mampu meningkatkan promosi baik dari sisi object wisatanya maupun produk-produk UMKM warga sekitar. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan dengan memperkenalkan keterampilan membuat dan mengelola media Instagram bagi pengelola desa wisata, pelaku umkm, muda-mudi dan perangkat desa Wisata AlasSumur. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan pengelolaan Instagram sebagai media promosi desa Wisata AlasSumur.
The East Java Religious High Court survey shows that the rate of early marriage in Bondowoso is the highest in Indonesia. In fact, BKKBN recommends the age of marriage for women 21 years and men 25 years. The recommendation is based on several factors such as health factors and psychological factors. In addition, the risk of divorce is also part of the risk of early marriage, which at that age teenagers are more likely to seek identity so that at that time they are emotionally unstable. However, not all early marriages end in divorce. Therefore, the researcher wants to know about what factors affect the harmony of the household of early marriage couples. This research was conducted in Alassumur village, Kec. Pujer Bondowoso. Based on the observations of researchers, the village government of Alassumur took part in efforts to minimize early couple household conflicts in the village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. By conducting in-depth interviews for data collection. The results of this study indicate that the role of opinion leaders has a strong influence on the village community.
The concept of a tourism village as an alternative tourism makes local wisdom and village atmosphere a selling point. This can certainly be a long-term economic support option. The formation of a rural area to become a tourist village is certainly not easy, because it takes synergy between the central, regional and village governments, with local village communities. For this reason, skills and expertise in communicating, especially communication with village communities, are needed. Village communities who will later become tourism managers and who deal directly with tourists must have full awareness in providing support for the existence of tourist villages. This research was conducted in the village of Alassumur sub-district. Pujer kab. Bondowoso. Alas Sumur Village, has a lake as a tourist attraction which was just opened in 2017. Before it was opened as a tourist village, Alassumur lake was a sacred place, and became a center for irrigating rice fields and bathing places for the surrounding community. So that researchers want to know about how the communication process carried out by the village government so that it is able to get community support. This research used a qualitative descriptive method which was carried out through observation, interviews and literature study. As a result, the communication process carried out by the village government is carried out directly through personal, social, and cultural approaches.
The COVID-19 pandemic that is still happening today has had various impacts in various sectors, one of which is the tourism sector. The government has taken various ways to minimize the impact of the pandemic in the tourism sector, such as the use of health protocols, and limiting the number of visitors at tourist attractions. However, the policy is considered still not effective in minimizing the impact of the pandemic in the tourism sector, forcing the government to temporarily close various tourist attractions in Indonesia. As an alternative to tourism, the government suggests that tourism managers can develop digital tourism. For this reason, this research was carried out with the aim of knowing how the readiness of digitizing tourism in Sumur Alas Village, Pujer District, Bondowoso Regency is to be prepared. Sumur Alas Village is a tourist village which was inaugurated in 2017. This village has the main tourism potential in the form of a lake, as well as other natural beauty such as caves, rivers, and agriculture. This research is a qualitative research in which the researcher conducts in-depth interviews with the perpetrators of the Alas Sumur tourism village tourism. This study shows that the community is still not ready to face the role of digitizing tourism in the tourist village of Alas Sumur. This is because the majority of the people lack knowledge related to technology and lack of personnel as managers who are able and master the field of information technology, as well as lack of network access.
