Masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi antara atasan dan bahahan kurang terjalin dengan baik,kurang tersusunnya bagian-bagian yang ada dalam suatu ruangan,kurangnya tanggung jawab pegawai.tehnik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan cara Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner, Dokumentasi. hasil penelitian ini yaitu Komunikasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja dan Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Musi Rawas, hasil perhitungan Uji t, Nilai adalah 8,242, sementara dengan tingkat Sig=0,000 a=5%,T(n-k)=31-2=29, adalah sebesar 1,699. > dari , maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Lingkungan kerja, hasil perhitungan Uji t nilai adalah 6,427, sementara nilai dengan tingkat segnifikan 0,000 a=5%, T (n-k)= 31- 2= 29, adalah 1,699. Jadi > dari maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Berdasarkan hasi perhitungan Uji F, nilai sebesar 46,547 dengan tingkat segnifikan 0,000. Jika > dari maka Ho di tolak Dan Ha di terima, sebaliknya jika <dari maka Ho di terima dan Ha di tolak. Pada penelitian ini sebesar 46,547> dari 3,32 (n-k-1=28 (3,32) artinya dalam penelitian ini Ho ditolak Dan Ha di terima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang segnifikan antara Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai. Koefisien Determinasi (R square) 0,769 (76,9%) artinya Variabel Komunikasi dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap Kinerja dan setelah di sesuaikan nilainya 100 – 76,9% = 24,1% di pengaruhi Variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini seperti Variabel Pengawasan, Kompetensi dan sebagainya.
Metode Agile merupakan salah satu bentuk pendekatan metode pengembangan sistem yang berkembang saat ini untuk pemodelan perangkat lunak yang mengutamakan fleksibilitas dan kedinamisan setiap prosesnya terhadap perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi, dimana perubahan-perubahan tersebut dapat dilakukan pada setiap tahapan proses yang ada. Salah satu metode Agile yang ada adalah pendekatan Extreme Programming (Extreme Programming Approach). Perbedaan Extreme Programming Approach (XP) dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya yaitu tidak memiliki dokumentasi secara formal dalam setiap tahapan proses konstruksinya. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang harus dilalui dalam XP Approach antara lain: Tahapan explorasi, perencanaan, iterasi pengembangan sistem, dan tahapan akhir. Keunggulan dari XP Approach ini adalah perancangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan tidak akan diubah, hanya sistem yang sedang dibangun saja yang berubah, dengan kata lain XP Approach memungkinkan tidak adanya dokumentasi formal yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur bahwa aplikasi telah selesai dibangun, namun aplikasi dikatakan telah selesai apabila klien tidak melakukan penambahan analisis kebutuhan (requirement) pada aplikasi. Penambahan atau perubahan requirement ini tidak dibatasi, sehingga apapun keinginan klien akan dipenuhi. Melalui pendekatan XP ini akan dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang diperuntukkan untuk sistem penjualan berbasis online (E-commerce) dengan prinsip business to customer (B2C). E-commerce ini diperuntukkan bagi penjual khususnya yang bergerak di bidang UMKM pada wilayah Kabupaten Musirawas Utara yang ingin mengembangkan kegiatan jual beli barang dagangan kepada customer secara online.

MSME XYZ is one of the leading MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City where this MSME sells various kinds of durian products such as tempoyak, lempok durian, peeled durian, durian pancakes, durian ice cream, durian coffee, durian seed chips etc. Every day MSME XYZ carries out activities such as sales transactions, providing product stock and so on, from the existing sales data so far XYZ has not been able to provide information about the pattern of customer spending habits so that transaction data cannot help leaders in making decisions from data collected. there is. Association analysis or association rule mining is a data mining technique to find the rules of a combination of items. One of the stages of association analysis that has attracted the attention of many researchers to produce efficient algorithms is high frequency pattern analysis (frequent pattern mining). The output of data mining can be used to improve decision making in the future.

Economic growth is a benchmark in achieving the development of economic conditions in a region so that it has an impact on increasing people's welfare. South Sumatra's economic growth in the first quarter of 2021 improved compared to the previous quarter. Similar to economic growth in South Sumatra Province, the districts and cities in it (Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City) also experienced ups and downs of economic growth. With the current ups and downs of economic growth, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need accurate information about the picture of economic growth in the future, this is intended to be able to prepare various policies or actions so that the level of the economy in Musi Rawas Regency, Musi North Rawas and Lubuklinggau City can be increased. Based on this problem, Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City need a prediction system in order to see a picture of economic growth in the future. The purpose of this study is to design a prediction system that can predict the rate of economic growth in Musi Rawas Regency, North Musi Rawas and Lubuklinggau City. The method used in the prediction system is a simple linear regression method, the use of a simple linear regression method in this study due to the limited time of the study and used to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, whether it has a positive or negative relationship and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases.
