Ratu harbor beach is one of the mainstay tourist sites for the Regional Government of Sukabumi Regency in bringing PAD, besides public transportation facilities and terminals have a major role in supporting the queen port as a tourist attraction so that tourists are comfortable and facilitated in accessing through public transportation. The condition of the Pelabuhan Ratu Terminal, Sukabumi Regency is currently very poor, poorly maintained, and many supporting facilities are damaged and inadequate. This study aims to identify problems and formulate the type B terminal arrangement in Sukabumi Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative in order to get a picture of the problems of the situation and conditions currently taking place or occurring in the present and the study of policies. Collecting data by field surveys, literature studies and interviews. The results in this study get a terminal B type terminal design concept Sukabumi Regency according to current and future needs.
One example of sports is water sports. Water or aquatic sports are various forms of water activities that can be done in rivers, lakes, seas, beaches, or swimming pools. The forms of sports or activities include swimming, diving, water polo, and various other forms (Susanto, 2014). There fore, in general sports, it is necessary to review and re-plan sports facilities that are not suitable for use. From the existing problems the author will try to plan an Aquatic Center. Facilities-facilities that have a standard for competition can affect achievement. At the city scale, spaces that are utilized as integrated sports areas also function as a counterweight to the urban environment. There fore, the demand for providing sports facilities to the public is so important to a city given the nature of the activities and spaces created from sports activities act as a counterweight both for human daily activities and for the balance of the urban environment. How to create an Aquatic Center center and design forms for visitors with all existing activities according to other special needs with an organic architectural approach. The goal is as a place or place for swimming sports centers for athletes and the community to improve performance and health both in terms of sports and recreation so as to improve the quality of life of the community.
The purpose of this study was to compile a planning plan for Pusaka City, Bogor City. Pusaka City Planning, Bogor City is intended as one of the efforts to encourage the realization of heritage cities through increasing the quality and quantity of heritage areas that are in accordance with the characteristics of the city in the implementation of the district / city RTRW as mandated by Law No. 26/2007 on Arrangement Room. In the study of the compilation of the Bogor City Heritage Area Action Plan 2013 Heritage area was determined based on the analysis of the historical significance of Bogor City and the morphological analysis of urban developments that had been carried out, then the area in delineation of the area was divided based on similar historical, socio-cultural and physical aspects. The methodology in this study, namely the methodology for implementing the Pusaka City structuring planning work, in the City of Bogor was carried out in four stages, namely the preparation stage, the fact and analysis stage, planning and design, and the DED preparation. The Context of Bogor City Heritage Planning Arrangement In 2015, the priority area planning location is the agreed planning location as an area that has significant and strategic value in the preservation of urban heritage areas and is a priority in its preservation. Analysis as an effort to approach the possibilities that can be taken in structuring the area.
