L'autore percepisce il pesimismo e la delusione dell'umanita della seconda meta del ventesimo secolo. All'idea della disperazione lui contrapone l'atteggiamento e l'insegnamento di Giovanni Paolo II, presenti nel suo libro "Varcare la soglia della speranza". Nel ricco insegnamento del Papa Wojtyła vengono scoperte tre vie della speranza - la verita, il bene e l'amore - manifestate nella loro pienezza nella persona di Gesu. Proprio in Lui esse conducono alla salvezza, cioe alla vita in un'altro mondo, rinnovato da Cristo Risorto, in cui regnano: Amore, Bene e Verita, viste in modo personale. In questa prospettiva la morte puo essere vista come la soglia di questo nuovo mondo e la piena realizzazione delle speranze umane.

Dokonując analizy skumulowanej liczby osobonoclegów udzielonych w hotelach NAT w 2016 roku z wykorzystaniem indeksów jednopodstawowych ustalono poziom najwyższego oraz najniższego spadku badanego zjawiska w stosunku do przyjętego okresu bazowego. Uwzględniając ogół korzystających, najwyższy spadek liczby udzielonych noclegów w odniesieniu do miesiąca lipca, który przyjęto za podstawę wyznaczenia indeksów odnotowano w grudniu 79,21%, zaś najniższy w sierpniu 6,02%. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań można stwierdzić, iż poziom wykorzystania miejsc noclegowych w większości badanych obiektów jest zadawalający.

SUMMARYThe content of reports is summarized part of the doctoral thesis, incurred as a result of years of research of the author. The study was conducted in the field of physical activity of the society carried out in specific geo-spatial boundaries which is called the tourist cluster "Beskidzka 5". For these reasons, the "Beskidzka 5" tourism micro-region is an appropriate area for measurement, analysis and evaluation of possibilities of undertaking physical activities. Thus, the subject matter of this thesis results on one hand from the need to develop all aspects of physical activity in order to promote active attitude towards exercises in everyday life, and on the other hand -from the need to define the role of the tourism cluster in strengthening of physically proactive attitudes. Analysis of empirical material gathered as a result of the study confirmed that the spatial diversity of the infrastructure makes the existing possibilities of undertaking physical activity in the area of the "Beskidzka 5" cluster complementary to each other and act together as highly attractive tourist product of the discussed area.

In accommodation facilities, in addition to basic services related to the satisfaction of human-tourist needs, additional services may be provided which satisfy higher-level needs, eg. sports / leisure products / services. The purpose of the article is to present the size and structure of the development of tourist areas with accommodation facilities offering sports / recreational products / services in Poland, which includes the administrative division into voivodships. To compare the results obtained, the absolute data is presented as an index expressing the number of objects per 1000 square kilometers of space. In addition, a ranking was established for a type of sports and recreation infrastructure which is available at tourist accommodation facilities in Poland.
