Collect data using mobile computing nodes, build a data analysis model based on data mining theory, and change the traditional data processing method of businesses by optimizing their existing business data processing processes. We can grasp the influence mechanism of employees’ active behavior and discover potential information relationships using multidimensional data analysis. The true cause of employee active behavior influence mechanism data was determined. In addition, the mediating effect of responsibility and the moderating effect of contract type are investigated, as well as the impact of psychological contract satisfaction on proactive behavior among employees.
