We have created open-source Simulink block libraries for ITK and VTK that allow pipelines for these toolkits to be built in a visual, drag-and-drop style within MATLAB. Each block contains an instance of an ITK or VTK class. Any block connections and parameters that the user makes within MATLAB’s Simulink visual environment are converted into connections and parameters for the ITK and VTK pipelines. In addition, we provide conversion of images to and from MATLAB arrays to allow MATLAB image processing blocks to be mixed with ITK and VTK blocks. The code for our block libraries is generated automatically from XML descriptions of the inputs, outputs, and parameters of the ITK and VTK classes. We have used these block libraries to build some example pipelines and believe that they will be useful for developing applications in image analysis and image-guided therapy.
In view of the application of database operation in the things networking, this paper introduces the principle, the working process, the key technology and the realization method of the database connection pool. For the database operation which used JAVA language to formate, we contrasted the accessing time between use connection pool and do not use connection pool. The results show that the appropriately use of the database connection pool technology can improve the real-time performance of the database operation in things networking greatly.
The genetic diversity of 36 rice landraces and 43 breeding materials in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in China was studied by intragenic molecular markers of 26 starch synthesis-related loci. And research on quality traits such as the amylose content (AC), gel consistency (GC) and alkali spreading value (ASV) to analyze genetic differences in quality traits. The results showed that the number of alleles, average gene diversity and polymorphism information content values of landraces were higher than those of breeding materials. The genetic similarity coefficient (GS) of 79 rice materials ranged from 0.392 to 1, with an average of 0.757.There were significant variations in the quality traits of rice landraces and breeding materials, and the high-quality compliance rates were low, only 6.3% of the varieties have an amylose content that reached grade 1. The results of cluster analysis and population structure analysis are generally consistent; that is, the two resource types are closely related and cannot be clustered independently. This study can provide a basis for genetic improvement of rice starch quality. Make full use of the quality genetic diversity of landraces in modern breeding work, further broaden the genetic base of rice and improve rice quality.
