Internalization of environment cost assessment measures the level of an enterprise’s environmental cost internalization. It’s also the basis of carrying out recycling economic in an enterprise. First of all, we established an environmental cost analysis model, in line with which we build the internalization of environment cost index system. Then adopting comprehensive evaluation method basing on fuzzy neural network can help us assess the effect brought by the internalization of environment cost. Finally, we conducted an experiment which comparing fuzzy neural network with the fuzzy evaluation of environment cost objectively. So we can think it’s an effective method.
In order to guarantee the high rate, high throughput and low latency and reliable service provided by TD-LTE system under various mobility conditions, handover (HO) procedure and its performance are of high importance. Based on research on structure of TD-LTE system and RRC (Radio Resource Control) layer, this paper proposed intra-system handover procedure in RRC layer of UE side. Simulation of the proposed design and implementation on SDL (Specification and Description Language) /TTCN (Tree and Tabular Combined Notation) verified its conforming to 3GPP conformance protocol specification. Finally, proposed design was verified on the chip ARM1176JZF-S with the corresponding software.
In order to solve the limitations of classical packet scheduling architecture in TD-LTE, the TD-LTE downlink packet scheduling was studied and a architecture of downlink packet scheduling for TD-LTE is designed. The packet scheduling architecture was built and three classic scheduling algorithms were simulated in this architecture by Matlab. The simulation results show that the packet scheduling architecture can be applied to scheduling algorithms with different purposes and verify the performances of throughput and fairness of these three scheduling algorithms.
