This paper proposes a multi-agent approach to reconfiguration for power system restoration applied to the More Electric Aircraft (MEA) power system presenting a redundant power distribution layout. The Multi-agent method has been applied in order to make the power system reconfiguration, when fault happened. The restoration process has been achieved by the agents and the simulations have been conducted with different cases of operation mode of the MEA. The restoration configurations were derived through a program written in C++ for the agents and the results confirm the feasibility of applying the multi-agent method for restoring the MEA power system.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
