Abstract:In recent years, environmental issues are attracting widespread attention by various countries around the world. In this context, the renewable energy industry has become a stimulus point for economic development and has great potential for development. Renewable energy industry financing is difficult due to its characteristics of high risk and long-term investment returns, and relying on existing financing channels make it present a glut of excess capacity. It is key to realize resource optimal allocation, solve overcapacity phenomenon and select the valid financing mode. This paper used Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) data and the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to analyze the financing efficiency different parts of the global renewable energy industry and different ways of financing. It could be found that although the financing efficiency showed a trend of increasing year by year, the financing efficiency of each industry presented generally weak DEA efficiency, the comprehensive financing efficiency of wind power industry was higher. The article also found that the financing efficiency of project financing and Research and Development (R&D) were relatively high, and the equity market and venture capital and private equity were less efficient. The results of this paper play an important role in the overall financing status cognizance of the renewable energy industry and give suggestions about valid financing mode choice.
Water conservancy sci-tech (scientific and technological) popularization achievements is an important part of water conservancy sci-tech for government and the key to the transformation of sci-tech achievements into real productive forces. Otherwise, it is an important link in promoting the combination of economy and sci-tech. The performance of water conservancy sci-tech popularization determines the economic value and social function of government sci-tech innovation activities. This paper analyzed water conservancy sci-tech popularization performance from the perspective of spillover effect, measured spillover effects in view of different project categories and different river basins. The results showed that between different project categories and different river basins, there existed spillover effect at different level. According to the result, this paper put forward related suggestions from the perspective of overflow subject, overflow way, overflow receiver.
In recent years, there are "bottlenecks" in the transformation and application of innovative scientific and technological achievements in China, and some core technologies are "stuck". The lack of independent innovation ability seriously restricts the transformation of economy from high growth to high quality development. The Yangtze River economic belt plays an extremely important strategic position in China's economic and social development. It is of great significance to evaluate the independent innovation capability of high-tech industries in 11 provinces and cities along the belt reasonably, compare regional differences, and put forward relevant policy suggestions to promote China's innovative development and economic transformation and upgrading. This article makes an analysis of the high technology industry independent innovation ability by using the factor analysis method from the innovation environment supporting capacity, innovation input, innovation ability and innovation output capacity of the Yangtze river economic belt, and found that there exists relatively significant regional differences of high technology industry's capacity for independent innovation, in the Yangtze River economic belt. Capacity for independent innovation of provinces along the Yangtze River upstream is far above the level of the provinces and cities along the Yangtze river shelter-forest, and this paper put forward some suggestions accordingly.
