With the increasing Scale of the business and the cost of production in the market environment, enterprises have to consider internal and external organizational boundaries to find different angles that enhance the supply of customers, and it applied for method of subordinate units also. In particular, the theory of process reengineering based on supply chain management which is not mature yet. As for the supply chain management changes into business process reengineering environment, Traditional business process itself which needs to expand. In this paper, firstly, it introduces basic concepts of the Petri nets. Secondly, it introduces the concurrency, clash, bumping and how it describes the linkages between the events. What's more, it describes application of Petri nets in the material supply system. Finally, it takes a unit in particular stage material demand information processing, for example, modeling and analysis the situation to explain the Petri nets, which application in the material supply system.
Abstract-Along with the resource in resource-constrained project scheduling problem being extended to flexible resource with capability difference, a mix-integer programming model is established for project scheduling problem constrained by flexible resource with capability difference (PSPFRCD). Formulated model is a practical extension of traditional resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP). To solve the model, it presented particle swarm optimization algorithms based on activity list. In decoding process of particle swarm optimization (PSO), a Dispatching rule based Flexible Resource Assignment Algorithm (DFRAA) is presented, and it discusses Modified Serial Schedule Generation Scheme (MSSGS) and Modified Parallel Schedule Generation Scheme (MPSGS), algorithm framework and selective particle update methods in detail. Comprehensive computational experiments were performed on adapted standard project sets in PSPLIB. Experimental results verify feasibility and effectiveness of algorithm, results also show that PSO algorithm which uses MSSGS and most suitable dispatching rule has high solution quality.Index Terms-Flexible resource, capability difference, resource-constrained, project scheduling problem, particle swarm optimization.
Abstract. As maintenance resources have periodicity, namely, rest must be after certain working time, maintenance task usually is pressing, which must be going on without interruption, how to give out maintenance task scheduling plan and rest time of maintenance resources at same time is a problems deserving discussion. This paper introduces maintenance task scheduling model considering rest time and puts forward a solving algorithm based on PSO. Firstly, it expounds the model assumption, and establishes a hybrid integer-programming model. Secondly, it puts forward a solving algorithm based PSO, and it includes algorithm framework, particle representation, resources-skills allocation algorithm, particle decoding algorithm, update methods and. Thirdly, it provides an example to verify the validity and feasibility of the model and resolving algorithm.
