A hydraulic model based on case is built using InfoWorks Collection System software and verified using pump station records. Model reactions under different return periods using different real time control plans are discussed.The longer return periods are, the more influence the storm system is suffered. Different pump control plans make great influence on urban storm system.

Based on the panel data of 265 prefecture-level cities in China, the dynamic panel model system (GMM) was used to estimate the relationship between local economic growth and land finance. The results of the study indicate that local economic growth is largely influenced by land finances. From the perspective of sub-regions, the impact of land finance on local economic growth in different regions is significantly different, having more influence on the economic growth in the central and western regions than the eastern regions. In the current environment of economic development, land finance has its own significance, and its role in promoting local economic development, especially in the central and western regions, cannot be underestimated. The local government should transform the land finance from the three aspects of land fiscal revenue, expenditure and the transformation of local government functions, in order to alleviate the current adverse impact of land finance on economical and social development.

Class is a place where all kinds of teaching activities are carried out and is a space where the teachers and students gather to study and grow up together. The scientific and reasonable college class management methods not only can effectively maintain the teaching order in class, but also can improve the students' learning initiative and increase the teaching efficiency, thus improving the quality of higher education. However, the situation of college class management is not optimistic at present. This paper is aimed at analyzing the problems existing in China's college classes and exploring the relevant solutions based on them to provide the reference for the quality of China's higher education.
