It aims to combine the hierarchy of needs with the innovative design of the human-computer interaction interface of smart luggage to upgrade the usage efficiency and user experience of smart luggage. The design model of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is adopted to discover the user needs of smart luggage in conjunction with various investigation methods, and a design model of the human-computer interaction interface of smart luggage is proposed based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The design principles of the human-computer interaction interface of smart luggage are summarized and an interface is designed.
