YLSa validation task relieves on the use of E-beam equipment. However, the lacking of a strong connection hetreen the CAD (Computer Aided Design) world and the E-Beam world has somehow reduced the powerfulness of this technique. The ADVICE System', is an enhanced CAD linked E-beam tester to locate automatically des@ emors on custom VISI devices.
