In order to test the reducing adhesion and resistance effect of bionic metal non-smooth surface, the direct shear test is experimented on a kind of bionic dredging tools with typical soil and bionic concave pit-like metal surface.The relation of shear force and shear displacement on a certain pressure is presented. The result will help to design the structure of cutting soil tools’ surfaces with less adhesion and resistance.

AC Servo-Motor tracking five ploynomial curve could adapt the the change of the textile technology more better than the conjugacy cams.Whith the matlab simulation, the results indicate that single neuron adaptive algorithm is more precise than the PID algorithm and RBF neural network supervising algorithm. It has the practical meaning in improving the shedding mechanism in the textile machine.
This paper designed a type of freeform surface roughness measurement bench using parallel-mechanism. The virtual prototype of surface roughness measurement bench has been established. Basic structure parameters and work-space of bench have been calculated according to the program of surface roughness test. An example of bearing outer circle roughness measurement based on Stewart platform has been analysed. From the example of measurement bench it is observed that the designed bench based on Stewart platform can be used as a multi-DOF structure in the freeform surface roughness measurement.
