ÖZETBu çalışmanın amacı 8 haftalık farklı pozisyonlarda uygulanan squat antrenmanlarının diz fleksiyon ve ekstansiyon kuvvet gelişimine etkilerini araştırmaktır. Bu çalışmaya 33 sağlıklı erkek denek gönüllü olarak katıldı. Denekler tesadüfi yöntemle tam squat grubu (TSG, n=11), yarım squat grubu (YSG, n=11), ve kontrol grubu (KG,n=11) olarak üç gruba ayrıldı. Deney grubundaki (TSG ve YSG) deneklere haftada üç gün, toplam sekiz hafta süreli, 1 Maksimum tekrarlarının % 60'ı şiddetinde tam ve yarım squat egzersizleri yaptırıldı. Çalışma ağırlıkları 4. haftadan sonra yeniden ayarlandı. Deneklerin yaş, boy ve vücut ağırlığı ortalamaları sırasıyla, Tam squat grubunda 21,45 ± 1,57 yıl, 179,36 ± 5,18 cm , 70,90 ± 6,68 kg., Yarım squat grubunda 21,18 ± 1,25 yıl, 176,90 ± 5,41 cm., 70,04 ± 7,36 kg., Kontrol grubunda ise 21,90 ± 0,70 yıl, 174,45 ± 7,35cm., 72,36 ± 6,29 kg. olarak tespit edilmiştir. ANALIZE OF AFREID OF SQUAT EXERCISES AT DIFFERENT POSITION ON KNEE FLEXION AND EXTENSION STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to assess effects of squat exercises in different positions (half and full squat) on knee flexion and extension strength development. 33 Healthy male subjects were voluntarily participated in to this study. Subjects were divided in to three groups such as full Squat group (FSG,n=11),half squat group (HSG,n=11) and control group (CG,n =11).Subjects in FSG and HSG trained total 8 weeks, three times in a week with 60% of their 1RM . Working weights of subjects were adjusted according to their strenght development after 4 weeks.Control group had no exercise regime.Age ,height and weight of subjects participated in to this study 21,45 ± 1,57 years, 179,36 ± 5,18 cm , 70,90 ± 6,68 kg. in FSG, 21,18 ± 1,25 years, 176,90 ± 5,41 cm., 70,04 ± 7,36 kg. in HSG and 21,90 ± 0,70 years, 174,45 ± 7,35cm., 72,36 ± 6,29 kg. in CG respectively. Statistical analysis were done by using one-way ANOVA and Tukey in SPSS 10,0 Package Program. 0,01 and 0,05 Were taken as meaningfull level.As a result of this study it could be said that half squat exercises has more effects than full squat exercises to improve the strenght of leg flexors and extensors.
Background and Study Aim. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between burnout levels and mindfulness of students who are active athletes. Material and Methods. Descriptive analysis and correlational research model were utilized in the study. As data collection tools in the study, "Personal Information Form" including demographic information of the students was requested at first. Two scales were used: The "Athlete Burnout Scale," developed by Raedeke and Smith and adapted into Turkish by Kelecek et al.; The "Athlete Mindfulness Scale," developed by Thienot et al. and adapted into Turkish by Tingaz. The research group consisted of a total of 378 people, 96 women and 282 men, who were selected by random sampling method, actively practicing sports. In the study, t-test was used for pairwise comparisons and ANOVA test was used for multiple comparisons. Pearson Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between mindfulness and burnout levels. Results. In the study, it was found that there were significant differences in burnout levels depending on the gender variable and in some mindfulness sub-dimensions depending on the branch variable. In addition, it was determined that there was a significant negative relationship between burnout levels and mindfulness levels. Conclusions. The study found that active sports students with high mindfulness levels had lower levels of burnout, indicating that mindfulness may play a role in reducing burnout. While there were differences in mindfulness sub-dimensions based on age and sport type, overall mindfulness levels did not differ significantly.
ÖZETBu araştırmanın amacı 16 -18 yaş grubu futbolcularda masajın esnekliğe etkisinin incelenmesidir.Bu araştırmaya katılan denekler, Gençlerbirliği spor kulübü genç takımında futbol oynayan 16 -18 yaş grubunda erkek sporculardan seçilmiştir. Yaş ortalamaları 17.30 ± 0.272 yıl, boy ortalamaları 176.4 ± 0.021 cm, vücut ağırlık ortalamaları 67.682 ± 1.887 kg, spora başlama yaş ortalamaları 12.242 ± 0.651 yıl olan ve haftalık 10 saat antrenman yapan 15 deney, 18 kontrol grubu olmak üzere toplam 33 sporcu gönüllü olarak katıldı.Deneklerin antrenman ve masaj programı öncesi, kalça fleksiyon, kalça ekstansiyon, kalça abdüksiyon ve adduksiyon, diz fleksiyon, ayak bileği dorsal fleksiyon, ayak bileği planter fleksiyon esneklik ölçümleri alındı. Gruplar arasında bağımlı gruplarda aritmetik ortalamalar arası farka ait t -testi yapıldı. Sonuçların 0,01 önem seviyesinde olup olmadığına bakılıp iki grubun puan ortalamaları arasındaki % lik fark tespit edildi.Kontrol grubu üzerinde herhangi bir uygulama yapılmadan, deney grubuna iki ay süreyle haftada üç seans uygulanan masaj sonrasında aynı ölçümler tekrar alındı ve bu ölçümler karşılaştırılarak değerlendirildi.Kalça fleksiyon, kalça ekstansiyon, kalça abdüksiyon ve adduksiyon, diz fleksiyon, ayak bileği dorsal fleksiyon, ayak bileği planter fleksiyon esneklik test sonuçları bağımlı gruplarda -t-testi ile değerlendirilip deney gruplarda, kontrol gruplara göre (P<0.01) anlamlılık seviyesinde bir fark bulunmuştur.Sonuç olarak, antrenman ile masajın birlikte uygulanması, masaj uygulamaları yapılmadan sadece antrenman alıştırmalarının yapılmasına göre, esnekliğin daha iyi gelişmesine etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Between groups -t -test which belong to difference between aritmetical average was done.
