During the past few years, there have been extensive developments on Islamic Azad University, which has led on reduction of managerial flexibility. Therefore, these organizations concentrate on their strategic management via usage of the Balanced Model such as Balanced Score Card (BSC) to consider different organizational perspectives and it is important to have good description of organizational strategies and goals. The strategy map is a primary factor to assess the performance in different organizational activities. In this paper, the performance evaluation system of Islamic Azad University of Semnan is designed by the utilization of strategy map as a prominent part of BSC.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationship between business process management and organizational intangible assets, in general, and their social capital, in particular. To uncover this association, a research model is developed and statistically tested. Data was collected from 103 managers of process-based companies and was subsequently analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Our analysis demonstrates that better management of business processes in organizations can lead to the enhancement of social capital through the reinforcement of cooperation, customer orientation and organizational communication. The results can be used by various organizations to find out the importance of their process management practices for enhancing their social capital.

The purpose of this article is to develop a new method for corporate diagnosis (CD). To this end, a method is developed for the diagnosis process of project-based companies. The article presents a case study in a large company where data have been collected through focus groups. Project delay, high project cost, and low profitability are examples of project deficiency in project-based companies. Such issues have made managers pay special attention to find effective solutions to improve them. Prominent factors are inappropriate strategy, structure, system, human resource management, and PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge) processes. Thus, CD and analysis is an important task in improvement of corporate performance. The CD model that is developed in this article could be used for project-based companies. The proposed method can be used for CD in any project-based company. This article provides an emphatic application of CD as a prerequisite for restructuring in project-based companies.
