A three-fold interpenetrating three-dimensional Co(II) coordination polymer, [Co(BTB)3(BF4)2]n (1) [BTB = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-butane] has been prepared and characterized through IR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that complex 1 is 3-fold interpenetrating α-polonium cubic network. In addition, complex 1 exhibits very weak antiferromagnetic coupling between Co(II) ions in low temperature.
Three rare earth metal supramolecular complexes, {[Tb(L 2 ) 4 ](ClO 4have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure analysis reveals that the coordination numbers of three complexes (1-3) are 8, 9 and 10, respectively. Three complexes assembled into 3D frameworks based on C-H· · · O, O-H· · · O hydrogen bond linkages.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
