The Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) is a generic framework supporting multiple types of authentication methods. In systems where EAP is used for authentication, it is desirable to avoid repeating the entire EAP exchange with another authenticator. This document specifies extensions to EAP and the EAP keying hierarchy to support an EAP method-independent protocol for efficient reauthentication between the peer and an EAP re-authentication server through any authenticator. The re-authentication server may be in the home network or in the local network to which the peer is connecting. This memo obsoletes RFC 5296.
We have observed light emission with a luminance of 3.5 cd m −2 from a diamond:Ce thin-film electroluminescence device at an applied voltage of 150 V. The electroluminescence spectrum at room temperature shows main peaks centred at 454 and 490 nm, which are attributed to isolated emission centres of Ce 3+ ions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
